2 months agoI’ve had the monthly subscription for years and I always get a good wash here. I go at least once a week and usually more so it’sa good deal. However, probably 80% off the times I’ve gone in the last year, at least one bay is down and the cars back up to a minimum of 20 min wait for a wash. A lot of times I can’t wait that long and I have to turn around, disappointed. It’s very frustrating to not be able to use a service you pay for. It doesn’t seem to matter which day or time of day either, one is almost always down.
As for their vacuums, save your money. The suction could be better and the attachment constantly falls off the hose and I have to keep putting it back on, wasting the time. For memberships it’s free but it stops every four minutes to get a new code, which is annoying. Even with the membership I’ll still go somewhere else where the vacuums are not only free for everyone, but better!
a month agoI love this place, as the lines aren’t long and by using the option to manually wash your car is groovy. Good bang for your buck!a month agoThis is the only place I know where the interior of this touch less car wash is large enough to accommodate my Ram 3500 dually. If your vehicle is dull due to not washing for months due to the rain or inclement weather, you need to use the soap brush to scrub it off then go through the touch less wash. This is what I do and everything works just well as it should. I haven’t used the vacuum cleaners yet so I can’t say anything on it. It’s a nice facility.4 months agoI’ve loved Autowash over the years and always liked how their automatic washes did a really good job. At this location one of the automatic washes is always broken. I’ve noticed over the past two years the foam from the machine barely squirts, the dryers have been turned down so it barely dries your car, and more recently the wash didn’t even rinse my car. Just soap and that’s it. Pretty frustrating how they will up the price of membership yet the wash quality keeps going downhill.3 months agoBeware!!!!! Do not recommend!!!! Went through with a STOCK JEEP wrangler and the machine came down on my spare tire. After calling to report they sent ME an invoice demanding $11,000!!!!! Said it’s my fault because I have an “attachment”….my stock spare tire is considered an “attachment” in their opinion. Feels like insurance scam to pay for maintenance. Wouldn’t listen when I asked to just update the signage to include “stock Jeep Wrangler” as an example of what is not allowed. They said their signage was fine, even though one of the first things she said when I spoke to them is this is not their first rodeo and have had this happen multiple times in the past.

I love that I can usually get in an out without a huge wait. The car wash itself is good could definitely use some tweaking as far as the brushes and how it dries the car coming out of the automatic bay. Staff is usually really friendly and they now offer dash polish and glass cleaner with clean rags for you to use for free! They also have air compressors at every bay to clean out the hard to reach spots and vents!
We have the membership and come wash the car at least twice a week but you can wash up to twice a day and vacuum is free when you wash the car. The vacuums don’t always have suction so that’s not awesome. With the membership you drive up and it recognizes your plate but if it’s super dirty sometimes it doesn’t so be aware if that if it happens to you
One of the fastest and cleanest car wash in the Arvada area. Although sometimes the line can stretch nearly a block, the wait time is practically nonexistent. Cars come in dirty, and come out sparkly clean in an extremely fast manner. Nice crew too. I lost my front license plate and they were able to save it for me and return it to me. Highly recommend this place!
Awesome and quick drive through car wash. Self service vacuums that really work, air compression to blow debris out of those small spaces. The detailing you do yourself and most days they provide accessories to help your whip sparkle. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The monthly membership is the way to go! Btw, if you have an issue with your wash or your vacuum all you have to do is ask for help, they’re quick to remedy the situation.
Update:
So, I was contacted by the customer service for Glo Car Wash review I posted (2 stars) and they sent me a free ultimate carwash. I was very appreciative of that.
I took my truck back to get a free ultimate carwash (at Glo Car Wash) and it is no longer Glo. It is now called “Take 5 Car Wash”. Even though the name had changed, the guy working punched in a code and I received my car wash. The wash I received was a basic wash, I was supposed to get the original $25 ultimate wash, and unfortunately it was worse than the last one.
This place has gone downhill in a bad way. Once I went through the car wash, I stopped in one of the bays to look and my truck was still dirty, plus there were soap suds still on the truck. So even after receiving a free (downgraded car wash) I must give “Take 5 Car Wash” 1 star for another terrible car wash at this location. Hopefully they get the car wash calibrated so it will clean, but for now I am searching for a new car wash.
When Glo Car Wash first opened it was my go to car washing company. I had purchased the unlimited car wash membership and was very happy with service. After about a year I cancelled my membership because I was not washing my truck as much as I used to.
The other day I went back and paid $25 for their ultimate car wash and it was the worst car wash I have have ever had. I didn’t notice that night how bad the wash was, but in the morning I saw all the dirt and road grime left on my truck.
Currently looking for a new car wash company.
