Which is why I gave an average rating. I would like to see more price transparency when visiting. I had to ask the price of everything I was buying since it was not told to me until I asked. The accessories are priced at (MSRP) and for the quality is priced a little high. I had an issue and exchanged an item but the promo credit that came with that item was removed when the exchange occurred but not put back on the account. I had to call Verizon to get them to add the promo credit back to the account. Vinnie was just great! He listened and got us what we needed. There were a lot of other customers in the store and he took care of all of us, prioritizing our needs and getting it all done. Vinnie was pleasant and never lost his patience with our complex purchase.
Vincent went above and beyond all expectations when there were Verizon network issues activating my new phone. He is patient and personable. He was working with both my husband and me to upgrade phones, and I am extremely impressed with his abilities to multi-task. Vincent made what could have been a major frustration an easy and pleasant experience with his clear instructions and high level of expertise.
Super friendly and helpful. Tristan tried very hard to make sure I was satisfied with my phone setup and saved the most money possible on my plan. Only negative is that if you buy a new phone they will push about $150 of accessories on you, so be prepared to spend at least that much when you come in.
Jeremiah was so patient and kind and helpful! I was having a really stressful day and was upset that my phone didn’t work and he helped me get a deal, get a new one and get it set up even though it required him to stay late. He was. So positive and kind even though he had to stay late. Thank you so much!!!!
