My customer service person Juan was very knowledgeable of everything that he had to do to switch us over to Verizon. He handled getting my account information from T-Mobile when I could not remember my information. My experience today was awesome and I am now going to be saving money on my bill. Very happy and recommend this Verizon store.
Juan went out of his way to ensure my experience was as smooth as possible. Additionally, I had phone issues and returned to the store, and again he went above and beyond to make sure my issues were resolved. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and I’ll certainly return should the need arise. Highly recommend.
David was the BEST. He was so helpful and patient with me after the stress of having my phone stolen. He really put my mind at ease about my information being secure and didn’t rush through the process of finding me a replacement device and getting all set up. Very grateful!
I wanted to switch from T Mobile back to Verizon (I used to be a Verizon customer for almost 15 years!). There were issues: T Mobile would not release my number. David worked tirelessly to make my switch happen. He was courteous and concerned, efficient, knowledgeable and persisted with the other company. Great to know that, if needed, i have your team member David to turn to for help!
