  3. Oh well. The employee wasn’t all that friendly, didn’t explain much to me about the drug and generally seemed very annoyed. Collect the talers and I didn’t receive them even when I asked (reason: the drug I bought was said to be on sale). I did not receive any other “gift” with my medication, as is usual in other pharmacies. In the online pharmacy, the drugs are much cheaper.
    Unfriendly saleswoman, bad advice, high prices, premium coins are distributed according to mood. Can’t recommend this pharmacy more…

  4. Employees take their time for advice, very competent staff. Customer-friendly opening hours. You can pre-order medicines via the “My Pharmacy” app. Pleasant atmosphere. Extensive range of care products. Central location, at the Oberhausener Altmarkt. Did I forget something ? 🤔😉

    Total rip off Send my sister to get nasal spray. It should be Nasic nasal spray, a normal nasal spray. What are you selling, Of course the expensive Nasic ok. It wasn’t requested, so either they don’t listen to the customer there or it’s just a rip off.

    On Friday night as an emergency I went straight from the eye clinic with pain and taped eyes. At home I found out that I had been given eye ointment instead of drops. Tried to call straight away but only the answering machine answered. On Saturdays I got the answer that I was yes should have called directly and it wasn’t the pharmacist’s fault if the doctors didn’t write down what it was about. He couldn’t tell whether it was an ointment or drops. Yes, I wonder why you just call drug out without clarifying it again beforehand! He would exchange the drug, but he would then have to pay the costs. I should come by and then I would get it. Highly contagious with pain and hardly seeing anything, I should set off. When I said that it wasn’t possible because I couldn’t make it until 1 p.m. due to illness, the pharmacist said rudely and dismissively that he would take care of it would.His employee should write down the number and then you get in touch.Currently, 5 days later, still no one has answered and calls from my side have not been answered at all. Such behavior is absolutely not and I do not know. From the pick up to the phone call, everything was hectic and frustrating. If something should happen again in an emergency, I’d rather go to another pharmacy!!!! Monday was the holiday, so I had medication for 4 days that I couldn’t use properly!!!

    am satisfied so far good opening hours, mostly friendly service, I would like to mention in particular Ms. Stockmann, who is always very friendly, helpful and quick, unfortunately she is often alone at the front. When a long queue formed, she often rang to call her colleagues forward, for whatever reason they were in the background, so that the queue didn’t get any bigger, unfortunately there was no reaction at all, apparently there are more important things than waiting to serve customers. I give it three stars, one for the great location, one for the long opening hours and one for Ms. Stockmann.

    This is my favorite pharmacy. Friendly and motivated staff, great opening times and the boss shows his many years of expertise, he always tries to find the best possible solution for every problem.

    The older lady is incredibly rude and snippy. Slowly at that. In addition, the customer is required to have had training as a pharmacist himself, otherwise the good lady will not be able to help. Describing symptoms is not enough. You should really rather avoid this pharmacy than spend half your day waiting there only to end up being fluffed with stupidly.

    A lady there obviously has no idea at all. She is unable to read and fill prescriptions properly. The handling of the prescribed medicine was completely mis-explained because she obviously mistook one medicine for another. I had my prescription returned and was able to redeem it at another pharmacy without any problems.

    Had a rather unfriendly saleswoman today who actually wanted 20 cents for a small paper bag without advertising. I refused, wanted to give it back and then “kindly” got it for free. Find this behavior extremely annoying.
