  1. Big assortment but bad service. 5 people waiting and the 1 person helping customers just went to the back and took their sweet time to explain a trainee some stuff. After 10 minutes waiting and nothing happened I left

  4. Got a schnelltest from them (at the place in the parking lot) and while there was some difficulty at first, the nice young ladies figured it all out quickly and helped to get things done so they I could make my appointment at the nearby hospital. Very,very cool!

    This pharmacy is one of the best in Mannheim with good advice and service. I’ve enjoyed going there for years. It was once said difficult delivery and promised home delivery the same day. Great praise there too. Very reliable.

    Very good pharmacy that always has everything ready. In most cases you don’t have to go there again because of an order and if you do, the medication is there on the same day. If you are unsure about the German language, there is always someone who speaks another language. The people are friendly. Very well established pharmacy.

    Waiting in line for 30 minutes. The pharmacist is extremely slow and not close to the customer at all. This is not an emergency pharmacy but nerve-wracking!

    Very friendly staff, but not reliable. As I needed the medicine on the same day and could not go back to the shop to collect. I asked if it would be possible to have it delivered even if I had to pay extra. They told me, that it would be delivered after 7pm, but the medicine was never delivered. I had to request again a new prescription and buy again the medicine, because they are not able to locate on time my medicine. Waste of time and waste of money.

    Visited the Europa Apotheke for the first time because it was the only one near me that was open on Saturday evenings. I urgently needed medication for my child. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Above all, I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the helpful and interested pharmacist for her care and her ability to audit. For once I didn’t look at a name tag because I was in a hurry, which now annoys me. I hope you remember a mother with a cold and dry skin, our children are almost the same age. Thank you for being there I will definitely visit the Europa Apotheke again and thank you again personally, super friendly lady with long blond hair.
