  1. Interior Design: The place is very convenient and well decorated. It’s a great place to hang out indoors.

    Service: they don’t have the best service. It’s either a language barrier (I speak German) or it’s just the servers’ personalities that I don’t think fit in gastronomy.

    Food: The plating of all their foods are aesthetic. The portion is just enough, so if you are really hungry, I recommend ordering entries. In total I ordered 3 foods.
    – Red curry with chicken was too plain. Lack of salt and spices. I ordered it with chicken, but I think next time, I’ll order it with Tofu or duck.
    – Pho with Tofu. It’s delicious. One of the best Pho I’ve ever ordered. Was impressed by it, will come back to taste how is it with beef.
    – Mekong Lemon Grass with Duck. It was so so. I don’t think the duck complemented the noodles, salad, and dip. Maybe with grilled pork belly, but they don’t have the option.

    Drinks: I ordered Alsterwasser 😀 There is nothing to review. Almost the same everywhere.

    Price: Everything is becoming expensive now, so the price is understandable, considering the place that is in the city center and the interior design. But if you only come only for the food, I recommend going to other Vietnamese restaurants nearby. Cheaper, more portion and, to my personal opinion, taste better (except for Pho).

    Note: Come here during their off-peak hour so you can enjoy the atmosphere and have a chitchat with friends.

  2. Food was really great, delicious and awesome emblazed. Service was sometimes a little bit stiff and difficult to understand. Besides it was exhausting to describe our orders when not just taking a common number out of the menu, which – apart from that – can be called various.

    There are some prepared corners, where you can have your meal traditionally “sitting on the floor”. However the most places are available at tables and wooden chairs.

  3. Perfect combination of price, portion sizes, taste and service. We had a very cheerful waitress who helped us navigate the menu. Beautiful interior, very filling, huge portion size. If you’re coming to Lübeck, you should come here.

    Chinese Buffet restaurant –from the 3 OPtions in LUBECK – mister wu – Phoenix and this__ wang su . Wang su is the worst possibility. Please do not choose this- go to 1 of the others — I advise Phoenix. anyway I went there sunday- for buffet diner. Less choice in food – compared to the other 2 ambiance was bellow parr. the said there would be a aqarium around in the restaurant… with no fish in it . toilets not clean enough. The service not friendly. the quality of food was — all tasted at OYSTER sauce – ALL !! do not go here choose an other 1

    Amazing all you can eat buffet for only 23 euro. If you like chinese food and can’t decide between different options this is the place to go!

    Food was excellent and served quickly. Atmosphere was pleasant wirh lots of guests. I had the mixed dim sum starter and then the grilled pork with rice. It’s not elegant but tastes great at a very nice price point.

    1. The food is delicious, and tastes close to Asian food I have eaten in Asia. 2. They have an English menu, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy. 3. They had real chopsticks from Vietnam! Made of coconut, not bamboo. 4. We ordered dumplings, Peking Soup, Glass noodles soup, Vietnamese coffee, tea, Pho, some fried noodles. Everything was wonderful and heartwarming.

    The restaurant experience and food was overall okay. But the owner of the restaurant was extremely impolite and unwelcoming. We were with a kid, and I don’t know if that bothered her. But she was barely answering to my questions, and was giving me the feeling that she just wanted is to leave.

    Racists and normal food, wish I could give minus stars. Funny, the most obvious and racist experience in my travelling/living in over 30 countries and 6 years living in Germany was in a vietnamese restaurant! As soon as my friend and I (both asian faces)went inside, we noticed that the waitress was looking rather unhappy and impatient (well, maybe she was having a bad day, we thought, and being hungry and exhausted, we sat down and ordered). But when some german customers walked in, she quickly welcomed them with big sweet smile and full body language. Well, we were not going to be bothered if it was just that one waitress. But when we asked for the bill, same thing happened. Another lady (amusing the owner) was serving another table(Germans) next to us, all nice and sweet, when she was done, we asked her for the bill, she turned to us, and her face imediately dropped, and looked at us almost anoyyed and disgusted, and talked to us very coldly.(I asked for pay with card, she said only cash.) It was quite unplesant, and we could not think about another reason besides racism. To be clear, I was speaking german with them the whole time, so there was no “language issue” or whatever. I checked the negtive reviews from this restaurant, and I realised that they are almost all from asian customers. So I guess we are not the only ones that felt uncomfortable here.
