What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. So good! Stopped in for lunch over the weekend for a quick snack and wasn’t disappointed other then we didn’t mix it up correctly LoL! I guess you leave the lid on and shake 🤦‍♀️ It was really good tho! We did a chicken and a beef cup and both were delicious! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was really clean! We will definitely be back to try the other items!

  2. Wonderful service! 10/10 taste! I got the Piggy Bop with a spice level of 7.5 and I can say definitely didn’t disappoint! I highly recommend giving them a try! 😊 I’d also like to request y’all give a thought about adding some locations in Arkansas I think many others would love it! 😊

  3. This was our first time here and the food was SO good, I just want to try everything. Kudos to Miles and Emma on their amazing customer service as well as the rest of the staff. We really enjoyed our visit. See ya tomorrow!

  4. Not sure if this is correct but if you get a KDawg with a sausage why is there the tiniest piece of hot dog inside? I use a piece that big for catfish bait guys. This was the second time trying Cupbop and it was just as bad as the first, plus both orders were missing Mandoo, and for what your getting i feel its way over priced, $22.14. I just dont get the alure of this place.

  5. Love this place!! Cupbop never disappoints and lately I have been really digging the glass noodles! The service is fast as they had plenty of staff to make sure you receive your food as soon as it is completed. The cup of food was ready immediately and we had just needed to wait on our Korean corn dogs. I have never had a Korean corn dog and it was good! It’s a lot of cheese so if that your thing you might like them! I wish they would have had an option to do like a big bratwurst with melted cheese in it. That would be really yummy to try! All in all it was a great experience and plenty of space to pick where to eat. It was clean and a great date night for my husband and I!

Cheap food, nothing tastes fresh. Their rolls are the worst, they taste like plastic. The service is not great, they seem very sad like they feel misserable working here. Nobody even said hello. I would not recommend this place to anybody. We will not come again.

Took my wife here on a Saturday night at about 8pm been waiting since I got here for the sweet n sour chicken to be filled it’s now 915pm and still nothing. Majority of the food has been sitting out for a while not and it’s like dried from heat lamps. I litterly only came for the sweet n sour chicken. Also the fried rice tastes like burnt something. But it’s horrible I’m not sure what to do I’d complain but like I feel the judgment. I guess I feel this is over priced for 3 ppl especially one being a 4year old. $45.80 not sure what I paid for but definitely not worth the money here

Absolutely disgusting!!!! $60 for a family of 4. We needed to go somewhere to eat after since there was very little go choose from and much of it looked like it will make you sick. The manager didn’t care at all. Update: It’s been two days and my child is very ill with FOOD POISONING from this place. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! When I called them to see if they will make it right they hung up on me. All the manager cares is that they collect your money. They do care about food borne illness, and this place should be shut down.

I don’t like that they threw in the $10 tip without telling us. I went back and took back the $15 cash tip I left. There’s no need to be subterfuge in a restaurant setting like this. When I asked about it, they said it was “standard” 10% As I left, I saw other customers leave cash tips and likely paying the same $10 tip that was scribbled on there, without them mentioning it. (And it’s not 10% since the math doesn’t add up to the total)

Food is not really delicious. Its just in quantity if someone likes to eat a lot without having it taste good. The food tastes nothing like chinese food, chicken is too rubbery, prawns are not cleaned nicely. Wouldn’t go again

My 13 year old son’s birthday here on 4-2. He loves sushi, and I was happy to see they had other options for non-sushi lovers. It was our first time eating here and I would go back. He ordered the 2 piece Nigri, the April roll, an eel roll, the dragon roll and a Golden California roll (as suggested by the waiter since my son had never tried a deep fried roll). This was my sons favorite out of all of them. He said he didn’t like eel (his first time trying it). He said it was ‘spiney’. I think he may have got a little bone. I have tried sushi several times and can’t get past the seaweed, but I was thrilled to see they have an option on some rolls that used (a pink) soy paper instead. I ordered the Sunny (crab, mango. Cucumber and cream cheese) it was delicious! This is a great option for a non-seaweed lover like me. I will definitely be back for this! I got the Tonkatsu Chicken which came with Miso soup, salad and rice. There was a side of sauce with it as well. Overall it was a great experience. They even gave us ice cream for his birthday.

Went here for my husband’s birthday dinner. Food and service were both great. We didn’t have any reservations but even on a Friday night, we didn’t have to wait too long to be seated. We ordered their dinner special which was the Tempura Salmon, Sake Kama, and JJ roll. Hubby ordered the New Rocky Mountain roll and the Grand Canyon roll. For dessert we ordered the mini cheesecake and the banana brulee. I wish we knew about their birthday promotion but I found out after the fact. No matter, we will definitely be back!

Omg the Tropical Dream roll: absolutely fantastic! Coconut shrimp with pineapple, cream cheese, and a creamy wasabi sauce. Amazing combination of flavors, I absolutely loved it! The service was great too; Joe was our waiter. Love this place.

This place has really good sushi, miso soup, sashimi and probably everything else. Excellent gluten free options! Come to Osaka and try some of the best sushi in Utah!

Food was great. I loved the delicacy of the Silver Lake roll. Service could be better. Server was absent when we needed more napkins, water, ginger, and to check out. It was quite and slow afternoon.
