They did tell me that It would be solved but I just kept pushing it off. Then today I met Braden with his 16 years of work experience. He listened and understood my needs instantly. He went to the back office and looked at my open ticket that I submitted some time back. Time passes and he comes out with good news saying it is resolved. I put it off for a long time cause I thought it was not easy to solve. You don’t pay the Verizon premium just for the phone service but for the world class service Braden offers. Also watch out, they make it make alot of sense to upgrade and switch plans 😉 Thank you Braden! Also everything is clean, organized and functional with the latest devices up for demo 🙂By Daniel (a year ago)Ordered a new phone online, Samsung Z Flip, and selected the option to pick up at the store. I was able to pick up the phone the next day. But first, I had to fill out the information about what car I’m in and then select the spot I park in, to alert the staff I’m there. I get there, and the link to check in doesn’t work. I tried it several different ways and even contacted support through the app, who told me “I’m unable to contact/call the store because I am a text only line.” I asked if they could check in for me or provide a working link, but no help. The parking spots for pick up are directly in front of the store, and I was out there for about 15 minutes. None of the staff came outside to check. I only selected store pick up solely for the fact that they would bring it out to the car, as it is difficult for me to go inside. I would have just had it delivered to my home, which only would have been 2 days later. The phone is great so far. Select pickup at the store as I could get the phones the next day instead of waiting a few days to have them shipped. Per the email provided, I had to provide a photo ID, but they refused to give me the phones as my first name is shortened on the account, and my ID has my complete name. I spent 30 minutes sorting this out and having to get my name changed on my account. The manager called verizon customer service and the person told them that my account was valid and I am who I am and to provide me the phones, but they refused until my name was changed on my account. The customer service rep called me later to apologize as per verizon policy the manager should have provided the phones as the manager had my account info, and it was valid. He did not understand why she had an issue. Per the manager if your ID does not match exactly first and last name (beware for Dave and David, Matt and Matthew, etc.) you cannot pickup your items until you have your account and ID match exactly. I have picked up my last two upgrades from this location and never had an issue until today. Beware of this issue in policy.By Chris W (a week ago)I have been dealing with a phone trade in deal for the last two months. Originally we did a trade in for phone that was brought in under warranty and told there were no issues, after months of failed service we were informed it was a known issue and they couldn’t do anything aggravated we traded in the phone. After sending the phone in it was sent back to us stating it was broken and unable to be returned (it wasn’t) so they helped us send it back in. I then noticed our bill (normally $200) was showing it was going to be $599 I called and was informed first that the phone we sent in wasn’t under trade after getting it squared away I was told it would drop before my payment was due. I went to Verizon and met up with Jackson. He was very patient with me as I am not tech literate. He took care of me and I decided to upgrade and get a new phone. He spent the time with me to understand the new phone features. He has been there to answer questions. I highly recommend Jackson as he was a great sales associate, professional and knowledgeable. I went into the store to do a warranty claim on my phone. I was graciously greeted by Jeanelle. She was absolutely fantastic! She made the experience of sitting in a phone store for an hour memorable. She even knew the words to every song that came on while I was there. Highly recommend. Make sure you go see Jeanelle and she will take care of you!

I recently had a great experience here with Albert! I wanted to switch phones on my account, and it took a bit of effort to make it happen, as the phone I wanted to use was carrier locked, so it took a few visits to get it done. Albert was very friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process, and got the job done! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with him. Highly recommended! Thanks again.
Jeanelle was awesome. We came in to replace a lost phone and wound up getting 2 new phones. She helped with complete set up of both, reduced our bill and gave us so many options.
