Update: The managment and employees still need to make better efforts to clean the store during the peak times of customers as the store gets shopped during the weekends. There were some parts of the store that was cleaner then others. However, the management of lines during check out is a lot better today then most rosses. Overall would recommend this store but urge management and the employees to clean the store. At least keep products off the floor. Hope the next time I visit this ross will make the improvements. Update 2: Returned to store and still had the exact same outcome. This store has to be the dirtiest store in San Antonio. Staff is still friendly but its like they lost the reason to care about store presentation. My recommendation is to hire more staff on the weekend to keep store in clean condition. Running in to get a new handbag and wallet, for an upcoming event. They have covid procedures in place starting at the entrance, i liked that. The store was clean and neat, great selection of bags and wallets. I also checked out home goods, and liked the small decor items. No waiting in line to complete my purchase. Plenty of close parking .
NAME BRANDS, VALUE, STYLE, QUALITY, AND QUANTITY.
That’s what you will find and enjoy at ROSS.
Make it a ” Friends Day Out” shopping. Although, you might want to have a meal before you go. We usually spend an hour or two shopping there and enjoying ourselves with the ooo’s and aaa’s of our finds.

It can be exciting, especially with a little income refund to enjoy.
Very organized when it comes to finding what you need .. the only downside is there was only two checkouts were open and that line was 20 mins too long.
It’s always nice to walk into a store and be greeted with a nice hello. Lots of goodies to be found at special pricing. I found something in particular that the cheapest I have found it anywhere else was $19.99 and $29.99 and found it here for $13.99. Score. Some of the Shoppers there were a bit of a Black Friday Frenzy but as long as I stayed clear from them it was okay LOL.
