  4. As a patient you are considered very stupid in this pharmacy. Despite a prescription with the comment , the pharmacy does not dispense the prescribed medicine, but a remedy of your own choice. It is said that the health insurance does not pay for this preparation. An interesting statement from the pharmacy. Surely the doctor doesn’t write down a very specific preparation for nothing! The suspicion arises whether patients are properly informed. Or does the pharmacy make more money with it? Anyone who takes the trouble to contact their health insurance company in such cases will inform the patient that the health insurance company will pay for the prescribed preparation if it is noted aud idem on the prescription. It should also be noted that chronically ill people have a right to always be given the same preparation. Even if the manufacturer is not a discount partner of the pharmacy.
