I adore this store… they have everything you could want for home decor and more. And when it comes to Halloween decorations, they’re amazing!
Came in and wanted to look at a perfume. Couldn’t see the price tag so I pressed the button on the side of the locked case for help. The button blinked and said “assistance is on the way” after a few minutes of waiting, a woman with a name tag that said “store manager” walked by. We asked if she was here to unlock it. She looked at us puzzled and said “umm, I guess I can be.” We told her we pressed the button and had been waiting. She then talked to us like idiots and told us how to press the button and unless it says assistance is on the way, we didn’t push it hard enough. We basically said “lady, we know how to press a button and it said assistance was on the way” then she spoke to us like we were children and said “well, I just want to show you how to do it in case you run in to this problem in the future” and then presses the button and accuses my mother in law of cussing at her after she walked away. Like it’s pressing a button, really? From the store manager apparently, it’s pathetic. We know how to push a button. This place is an unorganized mess anyways. Easier to find things and get around at Marshall’s in Tulsa Hills. I recommend going there instead.
They just need a bigger store! It’s cramped, shelves are so overcrowded that everything is on the floors everywhere. The selection at this store is very hit and miss. You can find really old products, some used or already opened, then there’s items broken and missing parts still trying to be sold at full price. Plus size section is very little and hard to find especially dresses. Men’s is mixed in women’s section with no define lines. At least the staff is friendly and nice.
Busy. I was shopping there the day before Mother’s day. I went in to get a gift card and a new wallet. It was very messy. Luckily the lady at the jewelry counter rang me up. The line to check out was very long.
Way too busy! Staff friendly, selection of merchandise not bad. Furniture always way over priced for the quality of it.
