David Parchert at the Clemson store has been the biggest asset for our commercial Verizon account. He is by far the most knowledgeable, and proactive account manager we’ve ever had. Not only has he upgraded our account, but has saved us money as well. Not to mention he’s just a phone call away and handles anything we need promptly. I cannot recommend him enough!
Having to get a new phone for me is pain and agony because I own a small business. I was in this store on April 5th, 2023 due to having phone issues. I walked in the store in a panic not knowing how long my current phone would last. Lydia helped me purchase a new phone and stayed with me through the whole process of downloading from one phone to the other. He asked me a few qualifying questions, and within minutes was able to meet and exceed my expectations. I was offered a choice of colors and options, and before I knew it we were off the phone, and the order was placed. He not only over saw the entire process from my initial conversation to my new fully functioning phone in my hand and had me back at work in no time. Before I received the phone, he had already put the screen protector on, and it arrived in the clear case I wanted. David could not have been more professional or prompt in the service he provided.
