We love Ross store, but we don’t go frequently to this location in Provo because is long distance from home. We went yesterday and bought some products, but when we checked at home we were missing one product for our dog 😞 we look everywhere in our car and was not there. We back to the store, they checked in cameras and the cashier said that my husband left the store with the bag! Yes but the product was not there. We back home again and we don’t have the product for our dog. We think was in the bag of the next customer. We paid and not bring the product. Bad experience today and they didn’t resolve our problem! The 2 stars is from this visit not from the store.
I LOVE Ross. they have a variety of home decorations, a seasonal sections, furniture, kitchens, rugs, clothes for all ages, toy section, water bottles, snacks, art, items for car and pets. the variety is not huge, but it’s enough to find gold nuggets every time you visit.
Ross has high end brands for a very affordable price, they order clothes that are in style so you really are getting a great deal. I bought a Columbia brand winter jacket for my kids and it has been the best.
I found a couple things I went there going to find plus a couple more things I didn’t expect but had been price hunting online for. So it was a really good shopping experience for me. I found at least one thing for a much better price than I found on Amazon. So that made me very happy.
What can I say other than I’m a frequent flyer! They always, ALWAYS have something I’m looking for, like I leave with a cart full. I buy all sorts of things from there. Deodorant, shampoo and conditioner, shoes, clothes and more. My go to place for myself or kids or gifts for all occasions. I’ve never walked in and left without something. I might be addicted to this place.
Ross. I’m guessing you are aware of the product lines here. They are sort of random. This makes for a fun experience. You never know what you might find.
We found a full haircut set for about 15 bucks. It came with lots of accessories including scissors.
We got this set for cat grooming.
I’d say it was a success.
