Been a customer for 20yrs with my dad ( who foots the bill) I tried to tell him to go elsewhere. Currently my S20 service is constantly interrupted, Verizon has no clue why it’s happening., it’s been going on for over a month, super dangerous for me. I’ve been in scary situations without cell service that we pay $227 for 2 phones, internet, and a watch. We had the most pleasant experience with Javier! He was so knowledgeable and even with an issue that no one had ever seen before, he figured it out and helped us purchase new phones with a smooth transition! Because of Javier, the day we were dreading, turned out most pleasant and he was extremely nice and helpful! I would not want to deal with anyone else! He was great!
I highly recommend the customer service I received in this store!!! Javier was so patient, kind, and knowledgable. He answered all of my questions and worked with me over the course of two days. I was able to secure a new service and new phones for my parents and I. It was such a smooth transition and I know that I will go back to Javier in the future. He is fantastic!!! 6 star service
I live about 1/4 mile from an AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Over the years I have had service with all three providers and have been to each one numerous times, with Verizon being the most recent provider. With that said, Wilder “Will” Perez has been at this location the longest of all providers and as such has provided excellent customer service, to my family, that is now on a first name basis (just because of scattered upgrades within the family). As a result, Will’s comprehension has truly solidified this location and I’m so comfortable to be able to confide in visiting this location because of Will.
Great experience! Will helped me to trade in my phone and switch other from AT&T. He was helpful and friendly and even helped me print google map directions to go back to school until my data kicked in! I would highly recommend coming here where I’m sure you’ll be taken good care of.
Just stopped and ask Jocelyn to help with issues with my phone after talking to tech support. She found the problem immediately and I am good to go. Great customer service by Jocelyn and she has earned my future business and recommendation to others!
