- Reviews:Take the drive to the Baybrook location. These people don’t know the phones and will try to sell you what they want to sell, not what you actually need. The greeter was nice but the cop was eyeballing me like I was about to try to steal a phone and the guy who was helping me had an attitude when I told him I was looking at phones online they don’t sale. Also had to do the initial setup of a phone just to look at it. They don’t keep up the devices on display and don’t know much about them other than what their demo app says. Also took about 30 minutes of waiting around before someone got around to helping me. I walked out and took the drive to Baybrook. Surprise! No attitude over there and was in and out of the store in 10 minutes with a new phone that suits my needs.By K Köhler (2 months ago)Boy, try another Verizon store. I paid for them to set up my phone and watch and they didn’t set it up correctly (says customer service) so now Verizon canceled my service on my watch and I have to pay for it 100%.. Went to the store for help and was told how I didnt reply to emails or texts and its my fault this happened…Not just help me fix the issue. Mind you I was a little harsh cause I dont have time for this. but the games the manager plays at this store isnt worth it. just move on to the store on Spencer. Helped us decide which phone to get for her as she was switching from an iPhone and got the new Fold and I went from the Note 8 to the S21 Ultra. Service was excellent and greatly helped us have a better understanding of our plan and devices. I do highly recommend coming here for any of your cellular needs whether you are switching to verizon or already have them. Had THE BEST experience with Greg he helped me so much and was so patient with me even with all the questions I had he was more than helpful I got everything I needed to get done. Thank you Greg!!! I recommend going to him for help that man deserves a raise I had no clue what I was doing he was very sweet!
They do not disclose the head phones cannot be returned if worn. I asked my sales rep Tyler Potts if I didn’t like them good I return them and he said yes. Went back to the store to try and return them and they said they can’t be returned. I have called so many people talking to Verizon and Verizon informed me that they are an Indirect store and if I went to a real Verizon store I could have made my return. I am hoping management can help me with a return or exchange. So far it was been poor customer service and no one seems to care or want to try and help me when I spent $100 on the head phones. I also purchased a new phone and phone accessories as well during that time and I’m well within my 30 days. Employees should be disclosing this information to their customers and maybe have a sign displayed about the return policy.
Julius Tsi is very good at this. He got us ported out of our T-Mobile service which was not good anymore and gave us a good deal with Verizon. I will be sending my r relatives to see him.
