  1. Shopping and selection is good. Reason I didn’t give 5 stars, was having to go to opposite side of store since many price checking devices didn’t work. Second, there seems to be issues with app, when cashier can’t scan the discount, but as soon as you leave the store, guess what? Then the barcode finally shows on app. Happens every time.

  2. I was looking for something specific and they had what I was looking for just not a great selection. I was looking for bobs from Skechers shoes. I did buy two pairs so all is good. Also it was closing time and nobody pushed or shoved us out which was great.

  3. Horrible customer service! Cashier was cranky and spoke to me in a rude tone. I don’t mind spending money on the quality of the brands that are offered but I can go to Miramar outlets, get the same brands at a reasonable cost and not have to go through the unpleasant experience that the cashier gave me. Not a Fan of Khol’s

  4. First prize for worst customer service department ever. One person helping customers and two standing around just talking. The only one that’s helping someone is currently having a conversation with the lady she’s helping about parts of Florida when there are four people in line behind me and she’s just enjoying her conversation, instead of taking care of business, not even making any effort to get other customers helped, would rather gossip with the lady she’s working with???? there’s always poor customer service in this store and usually everything is just a mess like the T-shirt sections are all just unfolded and thrown everywhere and this is just a horrible Kohl’s. I’ve been a Kohl’s card holder for over 20 years and have been in ones all the way across this country. This one just stands out to me more than any others as just being the worst just honestly put.

    New spring and summer merchandise available now. Clothing/shoes for men, women and children, home decor, candy and some food items, beauty supplies, organization stuff…all for sale here. The store is clean and the cashiers were very friendly. The check out areas are cleaned and disinfected after each customer leaves. I will be back to get more stuff!

    The employees are stuck up and rude as if they don’t get paid peanuts. The place is so close to crime manor they have a police car parked outside and a security guard watching the store all night. No cameras in the parking lot or even facing and I found a homeless person asleep on a bench outside.

    Great prices on most items especially household! The ladies short sleeved shirt section was pretty minimal. Not much to choose from.

    Great selection of beauty products. 👌 The clothing selection is limited and a bit pricey. The store was in good order, and the staff was pleasant.
