  1. Kyle made my experience so amazing! I really appreciate him, and the work he helped me with. The first person I worked with spoke to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about and spoke about me to my bf as if I wasn’t sitting there, then he never called my phone to ensure the number ported over. I wasn’t able to receive calls or texts to my new phone and nobody could help me except Kyle! He went above and beyond to ensure that I had all of my problems fixed, had a great attitude when I was angry, and was able to multitask to help me solve the problem. Thank you so much for your help Kyle.

  2. Do not shop here. They are running a bait-and-switch operation. I went in and told them I wanted to see if I could upgrade my phones (we have two) without my bill going up. I specifically said that I did not want to pay over $200/mo. They looked at my account and told me they upgrade my phones and actually lower my monthly pay by $30 – $40/month. Needless to say, my bill went up over $35/mo. to over $200. They intentionally lied to me and now I’m stuck.

  3. DONT DO IT.
    I switched to Verizon at this location.. Huge mistake. As other reviewers mentioned, they’re running a bait and switch. None of the things I was told up front have been true. The service is terrible. The claims they make about being the best provider are simply false. Service constantly drops, some areas have no service at all for miles. I had a very difficult time after porting numbers.. 2 of our lines couldn’t call or text and I had to spend a good amount of time on the phone with customer service to fix each line. The rep who signed us on was clearly just worried about getting his commission and failed to set our lines up correctly. He also failed to communicate crucial information like the fact that we only had 30 days to trade in our old phones. Verizon is now refusing my trade in and the manager acted like it was my fault that this information was not communicated to us. Never once apologized for the miscommunication and acted bothered that he had to speak to us…complete lack of customer service skills. Overall he was rude and not helpful at all. For anyone thinking about making the switch to Verizon..don’t do it..especially not at this location.

    First off I was greated by Carmine and new right than I was in good hands. I needed a new phone as my LG Wing went south.     Someone needs to teach this staff about customer service. We visited the store and dealt with both the manager and “district manager” (I believe his name was Wes?) to see our options for plans after seeing numerous Verizon commercials boasting new and better plan options. They all shrugged off our questions and continued to talk about upgrades. Eventually I told them I was not interested and was told I would need to upgrade my phones in order to reduce our plans, which I found out is NOT true (we all have phones that were recently paid off). We left and went to the official Verizon store up the road where we were given our options in a matter of minutes. Avoid this store at all costs and do your business at the real Verizon store.

    I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Victra, the Verizon Authorized retailer. Despite the excellent job done by my sales representative, the rest of my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. After just a few days of using my new phone, I noticed that the battery was draining far too quickly. When I attempted to exchange the device, I was told that I could not do so without the box. I was then passed around for three days by Verizon customer service before being told that only the authorized retailer could help me. When I returned to the store, I was slapped with additional charges and obstacles for an exchange. Despite promises from the District Manager, Eric Edwards, he never followed up with me. Overall, I am absolutely livid with my experience at Victra and cannot recommend this store or any Verizon store based on my experience. The lack of customer service and communication is completely unacceptable. It’s abundantly clear that Victra is more interested in making a profit than satisfying their customers.

    Very unprofessional. I went in with an issue about my phone not connecting to data. They immediately tried to upsell me on a more expensive plan (I already have unlimited data) and fed me some b.s. about how certain unlimited plans get “de-priotized” v.s. more expensive plans. Did not try at all to help me troubleshoot the issue aside from try to get me to spend more money on my plan or a new phone. Said they were just being “blunt” about it, and just watched me leave without any resolution on my data, a service I pay a decent amount monthly for. Please save yourself the trouble and go to a different Verizon. Maybe the staff will be nicer somewhere else.

    ***Buyers Beware*** Be careful in this store and pay attention. They took me for a ride. I upgraded my phone through Verizon and got $800.00 for my trade in with a cracked screen and cracked back glass. I decided to add my wife to my plan. We traded her phone in which was in perfect condition. I asked our salesperson “Amaiah” if we would get the same deal and were told yes. Unfortunately this was not true and we are getting 1/2 that. It’s my fault for not paying more attention. You would think in today’s market with some amazing deals and level or service that companies provide this would not happen. I was hesitant to go to an “Authorized Dealer” but it was convenient. Unfortunately my gut feeling was correct. I’d stick with corporate stores or at the very least stay away from Victra. ***After a BBB complaint, Corporate gave us a $1000.00 trade in promo. It’s amazing what actually can be done by people who care. Just not these guys.***

    Okay so recently they have had some new staff an one is a man named Cameron they move him around but this is his 2nd day working here and he Actually Does His Job! And he’s a nice person to work with I would have givin a lower review earlier from experience but he has helped with things they wanted us to do in the past and we are grateful and hope this store keep more people like him around

    Avoid this store if all possible. It’s an authorized retailer which means they only care about the sale way more than the customer service. This store allowed an unauthorized user to purchase a phone under my account. They skipped a step to protect my account so their employee can get their commission. Go to a Verizon owned store, they follow procedure and make sure your account is safe.

    Do not bother scheduling appointments here. Showed up for a scheduled 4 pm appointment and checked in via the app, only to find the door to the store locked. Lights were on and someone was obviously there. After 15 mins two women appeared in the back of the store. They see myself and another customer waiting outside, and immediately close the door to the back room. Waited another 30 mins and they never came out. Don’t waste your time here.
