  2. Mike Pirone at this store is Amazing!! Been working with him with all my cell phones and tablets for years now and he always goes over and beyond for us, family members and my friends. He is the reason I’ll never switch carriers again. He is caring and compassionate about the customers he helps and is always going out of his way/paycheck for us. I moved 3hrs away to SC and still call him for all our cellular needs and will continue to make the drive when upgrading or purchasing new devices.

  4. I went in to switch to Verizon and start my Business Account. They were extremely polite and helpful, the Store Manager himself did everything he could to make my experience switching to Verizon well worth it. I highly recommend switching to Verizon Wireless (Cellular Sales) for all your wireless needs, personal and business. Even when I had to make a change to my account and he had already left for the day he came back just to help. I drive 20-25 minutes from Thomasville just to come to this store…And a special thanks to Mike the Store Manager for all your help!!!

  5. I swung by this morning about 10 and was greeted immediately by Micah, I let him know I was there for an upgrade and there was a promotional email I wanted to discuss. He let me know my options and helped me make a good decision. It was a very quick process, he made sure everything synced and transferred from my old phone to new, threw on my case, got me a quick charge adapter and I was out. As a fellow salesman I appreciated his consideration of my needs, his honesty and how quick he got it all done. 5 stars all day

    Came in to trade in my old phones for credit towards my account. They said I was not on my own account and said I had to contact customer service. I went to a different store and did not have any issues and I was definitely on my own account. Does not even make sense.

    The sales lady was very nice and informative but told us some things that simply we not true. The free phone info was wrong on memory, so she sold us higher priced phones and accessories we didn’t need like chargers. The phone bill ended up higher than expected and the 5 G seldom works. She also told us she would follow up with us in a few days and we never heard from her again. I’m sure she got a great commission.

    Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They even spend as much time helping customers that aren’t in market for buying new device as those who are, very highly recommended. As well as nice clean friendly store

    I have always got outstanding service from this branch in high point North Carolina especially from Brian Hanks he’s extremely friendly very knowledgeable and I would wreck anybody to go see him. I would like to pass on to his supervisor what a terrific employee he has in Brian. Everyone in the branch has been helpful but he’s the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever met on cell phones. I’ve been with this company since the all-tail days and I stay with them because you employ people like Brian

    I went in today because my phone was unable to make or receive calls without wifi. They found the issue quickly to be the fact that the SIM card I was given for my new 5g iPhone from this store was 4g. To get a new I had to be a manager on the account. After following specific directions for 40+ minutes to become an account manager, I was then told by Asia that I had to be an owner. Asia had already told me, and my father, I just needed to become a manger, even handing me step by step instructions so she could help other people. After asking her why it changed her nice demeanor became incredible short and patronizing. she proceeded to lie to me about her managers whereabouts (I had originally spoke with the manager) saying he had gone home for the day. My father had to leave work, after taking over 30 minutes worth of calls he was told to make, just to show his license. She said this had to be done to to her legal abilities. Then as I was leaving, she said next time I just have to show my ID when I come in. This is strange because nothing in my stance towards the account had changed. So Asia either did not care about the legality of the situation, she doesn’t understand it, or it was another lie she fed me. I genuinely felt lied to, jerked around, and taken advantage of for over an hour in that store. I highly suggest using another location for Verizon, or switching carriers all together.

    Fantastic customer service would be an understatement, sales associate Chris Patterson was able to turn my horror situation with a previous provider into the best positive experience in switching over. What made it even better was that Chris was able to run a promotion that got me a free Apple Watch along with a $200 rebate and free pair of earbuds. I 100% recommend these guys!!!!
