What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. When you walk in you need to stand in this made up line and wait till a employee walks up to you and ask if you are checked in. I don’t understand why that employee needs to take time from helping a customer to walk to the front of the store just to write down peoples names down. Keep in mind that takes 10 min since this store is busy, after that you will need to wait like maybe 30 min for then a employee to call out your name to help you with your issue. This sad that Verizon doesn’t have a tablet at the front of the store where you can type in your name and number so they can shoot you a text or even a call so you don’t have to stand there for 30min in a crowded box( its always full). I gave it a 2 star due to the employees actually being nice and helping you but the store can do better.

  2. I was initially upset that my number didn’t get transferred over correctly. After them helping me with the process has now realized that it’s actually AT&t’s fault.

AT&t has made the transfer over borderline impossible I can only assume that this is a method that they have to avoid customers leaving them since their customer service is a piece of s***.

The people in this Verizon store deserve nothing less than five stars they stuck with me throughout the process and they never tried pushing or selling anything that I didn’t need considering that I brought in an unlocked phone.

  3. Be very, very careful here. The salesman at this store sold us a plan at an agreed price per month and when our bill came it was $40 more monthly than he originally quoted us. When we complained to Verizon, they said the Sales Manager would call us back, it never happened. No one ever called us back. Look at what you are signing in the salesman’s tablet, it may not be what the salesman is promising you, better yet ask for a printout of anything that requires your signature.

  4. Sales man is very rude, and didn’t want to help with my order for pick up! I’ve been with Verizon for over 3 years and up until now, never have I had such a horrible experience. So much that im thinking on canceling all my 9 lines and transfer to another phone company. Horrible horrible service. Hopefully they close this store and fire the people here.

  5. The attention is very bad, the workers leave and do not respect the order of arrival, the waiting lines are enormous, so keep writing

Out of all my experiences I have had this was the best one by far. I’m a long time customer, that is saying quite a bit. I was immediately greeted by Michael, even though he was helping another customer. Once he was finished, it was like a breath of fresh air. I told him my situation and he immediately looked into my account after and said I had 3 lines due for an upgrade. I was told by another store no one in south Florida has. Bueno (well) , in Hialeah garden, they have plenty. I realized when I was receiving one of the best customer service experiences. 2 other people came in the store and they did not mind waiting. I think because they new they were going to be taken care of by the employees in this store. This store handled various situations while I was there professionally and customer service was off the charts! I walked out of that store with a pretty big smile. Thank you Michael for all your help and addressing all my issues

Worst experience ever in a store. Store manager kicked me out of the store while I had customer service on the line and said he could’ve helped me, but he wouldn’t. He also being a 6ft tall man said i intimidated him..be mindful i was sitting and i am a 5 ft 3 female.District manager Erika was supposed to call me, no such luck. Guys this is how they treat their customers. This is a 3rd party authorized retailer NOT Verizon. If anything happens, Verizon claims they cannot do much. Meaning Store manager walks on water and abuses loyal customers.

We had an excellent experience opening a new account. We had Darrell , who was super amazing in customer service. He help us all the way, he set up the phone, the help us set up Disney plus and Hulu, including downloading the Verizon app. Honestly, I felt like a customer not just a number coming to get a phone. Great service

These guys all deserve a raise!!!! Carlos was an amazing person. He helped me get transfered from my old carrier, (note: transfering from my old carrier was a living hell) but he was very patient and did what ever he needed to do in order to help. Finally and after almost 2 and half hours…everything was successfully done. I’m so glad I met these smart, decent and very committed young guys at this Verizon store.

I want to thank Darrel Suarez for his assistance at the Hialeah 67th location. After weeks of trying to solve an issue my grandmother had and no one helping us. Darrel took care of us and was able to help us with this matter. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. Now days is hard to get this kind of customer service. I want to make sure he gets recognized for his good work. He sure made a difference in the way were feeling about the company.

It is a waste of time and money for this store to post that they are open until 8pm but are now closed for operation at 6pm. To turn away a customer at 6pm when there are several employees inside standing around doing nothing is unprofessional. I understand that it is a pandemic, however if you have a handful employees (counted 10) walking around in a store… what is the difference between their (employees) health status and a customers? It is just a false narrative of protecting the customers when in actuality you are wasting the time of others by posting a 8pm closing to the public but once they arrive you turn them around. Just close the store so the customers can actually go to a store that is open and ready to service customers…
