- Reviews:We went into the store the day before Christmas at about 2:30 in the afternoon to buy 2 new phones. We were helped by Dave who was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He searched for the best deal for us and he transferred all our data to our new phones. He even stayed past his ending time until all the data was transferred – on Christmas Eve! He saw I was busy trying to get home, did what he could to make in a smooth as possible. Set me up with a case, glass protector and helped me transfer all my stuff to my new phone. I arrived at 11:37 and thanks to Dave I was out of there by 12 with time to spare in my lunch break. He went above and beyond to find me a deal when I was going to buy the phone outright. He even made sure my phone was set up with my Apple ID through my number, because it couldn’t authenticate due to my phone being broken. Installed a screen protector, camera lens protector all in 18 minutes. The rest of the staff were very friendly as we chatted which made the time fly by. Save yourself a lot of frustration by choosing this store and requesting these two reps next time. They will not disappoint.
Went in to buy my wife a new phone for Christmas and what do they do….Turn her current phone completely off. So, I had to give her the new phone 5 days early and totally screwed up my surprise. They also deleted my cloud service without even asking me if I wanted it deleted. He said “Well the new phone has 256GB so I didn’t think you needed the cloud anymore”. How about you ask me before deleting my 16,000 documents that I pay you to store for me. I have been a customer for 23 years and almost cancelled my account and went somewhere else.
Heaven took great care of me. Didn’t leave out any detail and didn’t push for the upgrade of anything. Went in just looking at a possible upgrade and left with a new phone and new plan. She was amazing
Went in due to my phone camera not working but no cracks drops or damage to my phone. Spoke with Natalie and she told me no problem that I had a warranty on my phone and that they would either get me a replacement or upgrade me. She talked to the manager who was sitting down with her family at that time. Apparently I had to wait 5 days to get my phone looked at another location or pay 49 dollars to bypass that. I addressed my concerns that I use this phone and camera for work. It’s my livelihood. It didn’t seem to matter. I voiced my concern that I was planning to switch phone suppliers. But no one seemed to care. I called verizon direct and had a replacement being shipped to me for the next day free under warranty. Why can’t stores handle this? If I canceled my plan that would mean 1 less employee working for the company and they apparently don’t understand or care. 0 customer service at this location. I will just call verizon direct for now on.
Hate to leave poor reviews but in the last month I had 4 visits to this store and each experience was bad.
