  3. We’ve been dealing with these guys for over a decade, although this was only our second or third transaction with Lou. It’s much better than the company owned stores where you’re just the next guy in line and they try to upsell you on everything. Cellular sales is very accommodating.

  4. I went to this store to get a new phone and what a pleasant experience!! Ed was amazing!! He was very knowledgeable and was able to give me great advice and helped me set everything up!! Maxx was my original point of contact and he promised great service when I arrived and these two young men did not disappoint. I would recommend stopping in this store for your cell phone needs!!   5. Lou met with me three times to work through a problem after I ordered a phone through Samsung. It took a lot of persistence, patience, and knowledge to get it resolved. I appreciated the level of service I received.

    “Something happened” with my text messages. They had changed from MMS to Broadband. I didn’t know how it happened or how to fix it. Isaiah changed it back for me almost before I finished telling him what the problem was. Very friendly, and I really appreciate his help.

    Great Customer Service. My wife and I needed two new lines switched from U.S. Cellular and an upgraded phone. Walked in and was immediately greeted and seated within a few minutes. This place is a legit set up with associates who know what their doing. Our new plans, bill, phones, transfers, rebates etc were explained in detail. Our Specialist was Korissa. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

    The sales people are very helpful and reasonable. Usually they are very busy and I have to wait until someone is available. Some of the sales people are always trying to get you to buy more devices or accessories and that is frustrating. The loss of a star us not for the location, but for Verizon as a whole. I am not completely happy with the “system” of Verizon and the way they “certify” phones for their network.

    Took over 4 hours of my time to set up the phone, but wouldn’t help me the next day to fix their mistake, because it was 10 minutes after they closed, how ironic.
