Our representative’s name was Kyle and he couldn’t have been better helping us. He added everything that we needed quickly and correctly, all while making sure all the appropriate promotions were applied. I came into Anastasia’s store in CMCH, NJ right before closing time worried about if I would have good customer service. Turns out, she has been the best rep I have ever worked with at TCC/Verizon showing incredible compassion, enthusiasm, and great work ethic. She is super happy and energetic and made this experience amazing for me.
Bill was absolutely amazing in helping both myself and my husband today! He was personable, attentive and knowledgeable in assisting us in the purchase and setting up process of our new phones!
