He was knowledgeable about the products they have in store and extremely patient with me asking 1000 and 1 questions. I highly recommend asking for him as he provides excellent service.

  5. The manager here, Dennis, helped us navigate extreme difficulty with Verizon’s identity verification process. He was the only thing that kept my family from switching to a different provider.

    I am an active duty military member who returned from seven years of being stationed overseas. We desperately needed phone service to begin the process of communicating with our families, buying a vehicle, getting into a home and for my new role as a travelling auditor needing as much coverage as possible. After struggling over two days and almost 4 hours with three different representatives on the phone who could not verify my identity–despite me having every single identifying life document on me–Dennis was able to help my spouse get verified and registered. He did this personally despite the store being very busy, and made sure we were doing OK over the course of the two hours we were in his store.

    This location will take care of you with a manager like Dennis. My spouse and I are extremely grateful to him; he helped us at a very critical and very stressful turning point in our lives. The store is also very clean, has friendly representatives, and a wide stock selection (especially for gamers). We will continue to come to this location with all our needs. Dennis was the only entity that kept us with Verizon!

    Big Verizon, if you are reading this–your identity verification process is extremely flawed. It is mind-boggling to have had my birth certificate, SS card, driver’s license, passport, military ID, lease, and several other documents on me, only to not be able to register without my spouse.
