It’s well known that Kohl’s had been struggling for quite awhile. The store is still kept in great condition and they’ve totally rearranged everything recently. The various departments are so much smaller and some have been completely done away with. The Sephora store they’ve added basically takes over the entire middle of the store now. You can still find some great bargains here and I hope they figure out the money issues that they’ve been having. Pretty deserted on a Saturday afternoon, you would think most people were out shopping but it was raining. You can still find some great stuff at Kohl’s but the selection has gotten a lot smaller.
Had a great experience at Kohl’s today. I was impressed with the cashier. I did not get her name but she was so friendly and polite. I would give this store a 5-star review but some items in the lady’s shoes were mislabeled.
Made it easy to find clothes for my son. Dressing rooms clean and tidy. Lots of selection and everything seemed to be on sale. Even found little things for wife and daughters. Checking out was a long line but I don’t think we waited 2 minutes as it moved very quickly with a dozen cashiers on a busy Sunday. Then, to top it off, they gave me 40 bucks to come back and spend. I could get used to that!
I took an Amazon return to Kohls and thought it was going to be a nightmare. Far from it.I dont do the computer thing and am not skilled on the net. Connie helped me wade thru the process on my cell phone and it was a breeze. She is the best of the best. I got a 20% coupon and bought a wok. Life is good.
Only giving 3 stars because the Sephora located inside doesn’t take Sephora credit cards, and when returning Amazon items you receive a very limited coupon for a percentage off something, but if you have multiple returns when they print out your tracking number they will cut off the other coupons and keep them, so one per trip. They don’t seem to get new merchandise in when it comes to kitchen appliances or Vans shoes, and when Vans goes on sale it’s usually the larger sizes that won’t sell. I do enjoy the layout of the store and the organized shelves. Always see employees doing something!
