a week agoI really enjoyed our stay here. My husband is working and having a washer and dryer is beyond amazing in the room. It’s really nice and better then having to stay at a normal hotel. Being able to get groceries and cook food is amazing.3 months agoHad a great time here, close to so much. Wife and I watched two baseball games across the street. So much within walking or scooter distance (those things are everywhere). Great price for the amount of space and location. This riverwalk area is so nice, feels safe, not too much litter. Everyone here has been very friendly and don’t forget to check out the cappuccino machine.3 months agoThe staff is amazing. I feel cared for when I am there. Even if something is out of their control they are more than happy to go out of there way to make sure they are providing the best service they can. I love the front desk staff! House Keeping is great too.4 months agoWe stayed for 5 nights, it’s an okay place to stay but not sure if I would stay again.Upon check in we were told that they did not offer any breakfast, I pointed out that the listing said that complimentary breakfast items would be delivered to the room and I was told that they didn’t do that. We arrived late and I was not prepared to have to do breakfast for my family so that was disappointing to say the least and an added cost to our trip since i had not budgeted for breakfast.
The listing also said they had full house keeping and we were told that there was no housekeeping at all. We stayed 5 nights and no one even picked up our trash. There was an in unit washer and dryer so I laundered our sheets, made the beds and cleaned the limited number of towels available in the room.
There are no spare sheets, blankets, pillows or towels so it was inconvenient for my family of 4. The hot water also ran out during the 3rd short shower so I had to finish my son in cold water and then wait to shower myself that evening.
2 weeks agoWe really enjoyed our stay. Good value for the money. Morning staff was excellent. Clean and spacious.

2 months agoWe had a wonderful experience with the crew at The Hudson St Francis. From the first meeting to the night of our party, they where very helpful and made sure we where taken care of. Venue is new and very clean. We would highly recommend this venue for your next gathering.5 months agoThis is the nicest event venue in Wichita. Absolutely stunning. The additional Airbnb units and boxcar is so unique, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We recently stayed at this hotel and had issues with a party being held on the back patio. The music was so loud it was keeping our children awake. The front desk attendant was unable to shut down the party. The manager, upon checkout, said she would comp the room for the night and printed a receipt accordingly, however, she did not actually comp the room and is now refusing to reverse the charges. The breakfast is lovely and the location convenient, however, the manager will lie to your face and they will not do anything to correct any issues that might arise during your stay.
The rooms are spacious and great for an extended stay. The larger refrigerator was a nice plus. It was very convenient to downtown, near many restaurants, and very close to the Exploration Place. We enjoyed time in the pool with our kids. The breakfast had a nice variety of selections. The toppings for the waffles was wonderful and the kids loved it. The rotation of hot items was nice. The room was in great shape and clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area.
13 families stayed here for a youth sporting event and the experience was great. The location is perfect, so close to many things to do and places to eat. The rooms are nice, the hotel was clean and the staff was awesome. Amy at the front desk went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and she took the time every day to wish our girls good luck. If we ever return to Wichita, this is where we will stay.
We’re moving across the country and this overnight stop was a breath of fresh air. The people here were wonderfully accommodating -id accidentally booked a single queen rather than a double and they were able to upgrade me easily. People here were friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was great, especially for the price. If I’m going through Kansas again, I’d absolutely stop here again.
New hotel near downtown in the Delano district. Close to the river and several shops and restaurants. Room was large with separate seating area which was nice. The free breakfast was great and had many options including breakfast sandwiches. Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.
