This location desperately needs more shopping carts and/or another team member to round up carts in the parking lot. There are usually few carts inside anyways, but when I came here around noon the other week, there was not a single cart inside; I had to go out to the parking lot to grab a cart, which is frustrating at baseline but especially as I was carrying my baby in car seat and had my toddler holding my hand.
Also worth mentioning that while checking out the one visit, a $0.60 Kroger yogurt fell out of my cart and the container broke. I told the cashier, who said “I’m going to have to charge you for that.” I have never seen or heard of anyone being charged for an accident like this at any other retailer. Had this happened in the middle of the store, would an employee had escorted me to the cash register to pay?

Waited for the meat department to open at1pm. There was paper over the meat counter and asked a guy there if the meat counter was going to open. He said in a little bit. Finished up shopping and went back to the meat department and still wasn’t open, and he again said in a little bit. Never did get the stuff we wanted. Also tried to get a medication filled and the person there said that she couldn’t register my medication, because they were going to lunch in 30mins. And to top it off there was only one register open and the lane was long
There are usually good coupons on the app to help with pricing. Few registers are open at any time and few employees are willing to look at you let alone assist… Except Bagger Mike who talks and sings to you while he works and makes it much more enjoyable.
Amazing manager that cares for people. As soon as tornado warning took place, called us into the back into the freezer. Made sure we were all good, and had control of the situation. Haven’t been treated that well in an emergency in a long time. And it’s saying a lot since we are from Florida.
