What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. My whole family loves shopping at Costco. We buy everything from dog food (premium quality, of course) to televisions there. I recently bought new tires. You have to wait about an hour each time, but they balance and rotate tires for free when bought there. They sell quality products and are great at refunding money if you are unhappy with your product for any reason.

  2. We drive over 100 miles to this Costco due to their great service and prices. We had an issue with our cashier last visit notified Costco and the Assistant General manager took care of it promptly!
I highly recommend shopping this store.

  3. The store’s inventory and prices are good. However, I felt like a heifer going through the shoot at the”food” lot. Scott was not personable or friendly at all. Rather, I felt I was an inconvenience at his register as he and his helper, who was there to run me through even more quickly, made haste. I began to wonder if I was on a conveyor belt. And then, as always, I was check to make sure I wasn’t stealing anything as I went out the door.

  4. Manager JACKIE was rude as hell. Can’t even ask for help if you’re not a member. Assistant general manager ANNA is worse. How are you a manager and first of all don’t introduce yourself and apologize to solve the situation. Instead she walks up and acts like she doesn’t even know her job either. We asked to look at a product. JACKIE walked passed by rudely and said “they’re not a member” if this is how they want new members to sign up then they need better training at customer service. Horrible service. Do not recommend. Headquarters need to do something about this matter. When confronted they changed their story and did not seem like they were sorry at all. Seeing from these reviews headquarters should come see these people that they hire. FIRE THEM.

  5. I really do love Costco but my recent visit left me with a sour taste in my mouth. After shopping for over an hour I get to check out and find out that my membership expired a month ago. I didn’t have an extra $120 to renew at that exact moment. They gave me no options. I feel like it would be a good policy to give members like me, who have been members for several years, a grace period in times like that. In the end I just had to walk out of the store empty-handed. They ended up putting all the groceries back. Seems like a waste of manpower when they could have sold the goods to me and actually made a profit.

Costco in Tulsa OK: Do’s and Don’ts Every Shopper Should Know

Shopping at Costco can be a great way to save money and stock up on household essentials. However, there are a few rules and guidelines to keep in mind to make the most out of your shopping experience:

  • Membership: Only Costco members are allowed to shop at Costco warehouses. Make sure you have a valid membership card before entering the store.
  • Shopping Carts: Costco does not provide shopping carts outside the store. You will find them inside the warehouse near the entrance. Remember to return your cart to designated areas after you finish shopping.
  • Shopping Bags: Costco encourages customers to bring their own reusable bags, as they do not provide free plastic or paper bags. However, if you forget to bring your own bags, Costco does offer boxes as an alternative.
  • Sampling: Costco is known for its generous product samples. Feel free to try out various items, but be considerate of others. Do not take more than one sample per person and avoid lingering around sampling stations.
  • Payment: Costco only accepts a few select payment methods, including cash, debit cards, Costco credit cards, and Costco cash cards. They do not accept personal checks or most credit cards.
  • Product Returns: Costco has a very generous return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can usually return it for a refund or exchange, even if the product has been used.

While shopping at Costco, there are a few things you should avoid doing:

  • Hogging Aisle Space: Costco can get crowded, so be mindful of your cart and try not to block the aisles. Allow other customers to pass by and be considerate of their shopping experience.
  • Hoarding Samples: While it’s great to try out samples, do not take more than your fair share. Remember that other customers would also like to try the products.
  • Returning Half-Consumed Items: While Costco has a generous return policy, it is not ethical to return items that have been significantly used or consumed. Use the return policy responsibly.
  • Breaking Packaging: Avoid breaking the seals or packaging of products unless you are certain about purchasing them. This helps maintain the integrity of the items and ensures a better shopping experience for others.
  • Violating Membership Rules: Sharing or borrowing membership cards is against Costco’s membership policies. Each person entering the store should have their own valid membership card.
