What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. This company really needs to chill out on harassing their customers with the membership card. I got asked several times in just 1 trip. Even had a conversation with a group of random people about how ridiculous they are with it. If I cannot even scan my products without scanning my membership first how am I going to get my product. I got checked through the entrance door. Then before I could scan my product. Then while leaving. Why do you have to check my card as I’m leaving. Stop the harassment!!!

  2. We went to view Costco because my job offered a company invite. My wife and I ended up loving it. The employees were very informative and the food samples were great. We bought items and because members of Costco. Great place

  3. In years past I have gone to get gas, if membership expired it would say to renew before using again, no problem. This year, not knowing it expired, went to get gas, pump would not work, of course you have to go in to renew, left I just need gas not going in to renew for gas purchase. Kroger was actually cheaper with points used. I’ll renew membership but thought it was bad service to not get a grace for the gas purchase, or let us pay renew fee at the pump. Not user friendly.

  4. I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Costco, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The sheer size of the store was impressive, with rows upon rows of high-quality products neatly stacked and organized.

One thing that immediately caught my attention was the incredible clearance section at Costco. It was like stumbling upon a hidden treasure trove! I couldn’t believe the amazing deals I found on items that were marked down significantly. From electronics to clothing and even furniture, Costco’s clearance section is a hidden gem that every savvy shopper should explore. It’s a great way to snag high-quality products at even more affordable prices.

But what truly sets Costco apart is their exceptional return policy. It’s a game-changer, especially for busy moms like me. Costco stands behind their products and offers a no-hassle, no-questions-asked return policy. If you’re not satisfied with a purchase, they’ll happily refund your money or exchange the item. This kind of peace of mind is invaluable, especially when buying in bulk or trying out new products for my family.

I’ve had a couple of instances where I needed to return or exchange something, and Costco made the process seamless and stress-free. Their customer service team is always friendly and understanding, ensuring that I leave the store satisfied. Knowing that I have the flexibility to return or exchange items if needed is yet another reason why I continue to choose Costco for my family’s shopping needs.

Overall, my experience at Costco was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of unbeatable value, a vast selection of products, an amazing clearance section, and a customer-friendly return policy make it my go-to store. Whether you’re stocking up on groceries, purchasing household essentials, or looking for that perfect gift, Costco has it all. With their commitment to customer satisfaction, it’s no wonder why they are a leader in the industry.

  5. I love shopping at Costco! First of all, I buy my gas exclusively at Costco because of the lower prices. I get their mailers which alerts me to deals on things I buy regularly so that I can shop when my items are on sale. Every time I go to Costco for for 2 or 3 items I have to go back to the front to get a cart! Besides buying vitamins, frozen foods, batteries and paper products, I always browse the clothing and end up finding a good deal. At the end of my shopping, I usually grab a hotdog and a soda before heading home!

Just joined recently. Gas is always a great buy. Roses were $19.00 for 2 dozen and bloomed beautifully. Cannot wait to find more deals with our membership.

I really enjoyed my experience here minus Self Checkout. When I got to Self Checkout, I saw the lady point someone to a checkout station that was open but asked me for my card. When I pulled it out, she asked me to show the ID part and I found that strange. Why would she single me out? Then, when I made my way to the check out, I was immediately bombarded with another lady who worked there and she insisted she check me out when it was “self check out.” It was intense and I had to walk away because of the aggression. I didn’t need that energy from either of them. I’ve never experienced that in the other stores so I was surprised when they did it. I don’t mind people doing their jobs and people being helpful. I do mind when it’s done nefariously and under false pretenses. And that’s what it felt like here.

One of the busiest Costco wholesales I have ever seen. It is packed with a lot more stuff than the other stores.

I’m no longer finding Costco to be cheaper than buying things from other stores without membership fees, not to mention there are no gas rewards and their credit card rewards are poor when compared to Kroger. I still go when certain items are on sale but I no longer buy many of the food items I once did. A lot of the bulk items have been cut in half as well. They always move things around so you’re forced to look at other items in the store which really just makes things a hassle. They no longer post eye exam prices since they’ve gone up and are now as expensive as other optometrists in the area for prescription glasses. The only thing I enjoy is the customer service, upper management and corporate could do a better job and not hold meetings in the aisles when people aren’t trying to shop. In conclusion I’m finding it hard to justify the $100 yearly fee, however if you have a larger family who likes sticking to the same products and food it may be great for you.

Known for its quality , and exceptional customers services I always buy things that I need in bulk from here. Premium quality Home improvement stuff are also one of the good pick. Appliances are little pricey than other stores but delivery and warranty standards are unmatched that justifies the price difference. You will like the Delicious Fruits and variety in bread section

I absolutely love Costco but boy oh boy is it crazy busy! We typically go when they first open in the morning otherwise it’s pure chaos. They had lots of samples out today which was nice to see. I wish there was a more organized way to control the crowd at the food court/station because it really causes a big people/cart jam trying to navigate out of the food court crowd. The staff is always helpful. It would be nice if Costco had later hours.

Some things are more expensive than Sam’s, but you can find stuff here that you can not find at Sam’s. The food is good at the food court. We did not get a chance to check out everything, but so far, very happy with our membership.

We are the dedicated Costco lovers. This location is great with all the essentials rightly organized. This is just another Costco, and if you are not a Costco member – better late than never. Costco has always cater the typical middle class families with great quality great cost. It’s never been the most fancy like Whole Foods, however, never compromises with the quality for the price. It always balances. The quality and quantity both are great and perfect for a family.

Used to be my store but not anymore.Shawn who supposedly is a manager telling customers that he doesn’t care if they shopped there cause I told him to check customers photo on card before letting them in the store instead of holding the line at self check out to check photos. Anyway we have to show the card at the entrance so why not do that there? I pay for my membership to shop freely but not to have to be policed at every point.

Poor management decision needs to be fixed for better service. I hop management understand this as a constructive criticism and take action to fix it.

Costco is full of surprises. My family shops here because of the large selection of natural and organic options. There are certain items that we can buy here cheaper than grocery stores. Kerrygold butter is one of those items. They’re always getting new home items and furniture. We enjoy looking around when we come to shop.

How to Shop Smart at Costco Ohio: A Quick Tutorial

Shopping at Costco can be an efficient and cost-effective way to stock up on everyday items and save money. To make the most out of your shopping experience, here are some simple guidelines to follow:

1. Get a Costco membership

Before you can start shopping at Costco, you’ll need to sign up for a membership. Costco offers two types of memberships – Gold Star and Executive. The Gold Star membership costs a year, while the Executive membership costs 0 a year and includes additional benefits like 2% cash back on qualified purchases.

2. Plan your shopping trip

Take some time to plan your shopping trip before heading to Costco. Make a list of the items you need to buy, and prioritize them based on urgency and budget. This will help you stay focused and avoid overspending. You can also check Costco’s website or app for any ongoing promotions or deals.

3. Bring reusable bags

Costco does not provide shopping bags, so it’s a good idea to bring your own reusable bags or boxes. This will not only help you save money but also reduce waste. Costco offers a wide range of products, and having your own bags will make it easier to transport your items back home.

4. Stick to a budget

Costco has a wide variety of products, and it’s easy to get carried away and overspend. Before you start shopping, set a budget for yourself and stick to it. Avoid the temptation of impulse buying by referring to your shopping list and staying focused on your priorities.

5. Take advantage of bulk buying

One of the major advantages of shopping at Costco is the opportunity to buy items in bulk. This can help you save money in the long run, especially on non-perishable items such as cleaning supplies, toiletries, and pantry staples. However, it’s important to only buy items in bulk if you have the storage space and will actually use them before they expire.

6. Compare unit prices

When shopping at Costco, be sure to compare the unit prices of the products you are interested in. Sometimes, larger packages may not necessarily be cheaper compared to smaller ones. By checking the unit price, you can determine which product offers the best value for money.

7. Explore the Costco services

Aside from groceries and household items, Costco offers a range of additional services like optical centers, pharmacies, and travel services. Take some time to explore these services and see if there are any benefits or savings that you can take advantage of as a Costco member.
