  1. Came to Wilmington for a Fri – Sun weekend vacay to rest and visit Wrightsville beach. Inside decor is lovely. All guests slept comfortably on the beds. Backyard is serendipitous! Was able to cook and eat with guests. Issues were professionally addressed. Grateful for the staff’s timely, courteous, and generous response to our concerns.

  3. My wife and I recently stayed at Drift Away by DW and she left an honest review recently regarding our experience during our time at the property. She has been in touch with AirBnb and they are providing us with a partial refund, and it is apparent that the hosts are now seeking to retaliate by making false accusations in their response to her honest review. My wife was NOT out partying all night, to speak of her in this way is an attack on her character and a complete lie. I am curious how you as the host would know the things you’re currently claiming? Were you watching to see that she was partying all night? Did you call the hotel we had to relocate to in order to have a place to sleep after your bug infested AirBnb prevented us from spending another night? Did you have a location of the wedding party to know where she went next? Did you call the hotel where we relocated to ask about my wife? The only way you know the location that we went to after leaving your AirBnb is because we had to submit a receipt for the new hotel in an attempt to seek reimbursement. However, it sounds like if you called the hotel where we went next, you have misused the information and sought personal retaliation. We have contacted the hotel where we relocated and were ensured by the manager that there is NO WAY you contacted them and confirmed that we were there. It is illegal for them to share information about guests and direct violation of our privacy. The only fraud that has occurred here is your response. Your response is distasteful, inappropriate, disrespectful, unprofessional and fraudulent.
