a week agoTHIS,.. is the nicest Wyndham I’ve ever stayed at. Super quiet, perfect temperature , easy to get to, covered parking garage, wrist band opens gate, awesome diner 400′ away… The shower has awesome water pressure, the shower curtain is on a bow so it’s not up against you, lots of light in the bathroom, kitchenette is perfect, ice maker works in fridge… I cannot find one thing to complain about at this place.a week agoLocation to Metro, free trolley, and accessibility to restaurants a plus. Rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. Great staff especially Craig and Geren, very professional. Did not appreciate the unprofessional pushy sales people at club membership presentation. Once you don’t want to upgrade everything changes.a month agoThe place isn’t bad. It has no resort qualities. They have a “game” room, but you have to pay for the 1 arcade game. No pool. The rooms at the Wyndham we stayed at in San Antonio have washers and dryers in the room. This one does not.2 weeks agoWe were guests of the owners of a time-share here. Club Wyndham doesn’t offer breakfast or happy hour. The rooms were clean and adequate. A quiet place.a month agoTbh the “resort” as they call it was not even a resort, didn’t have a indoor swimming pool, their arcade room had an outdated Pac-Man/Ms Pac-Man arcade game and they had a claw machine but not really anything worth to play, the theater room couches in the arcade room you couldn’t even lay down. The train was very annoying and the rooms smelled like wet dog. The staff there like the lady who brought us to our room was very rude, it’s a blond lady. Geri was very nice on the other hand and very professional definitely 4/5 for him. Please Wyndham update your resort/hotel there.

2 weeks agoThe FLIES…..they’re everywhere all the time. I had to actually catch the plumber myself or I would have had to keep using a waste basket to flush the toilet. Housekeeping is disgusting. There won’t actually be any service. Only when you check out. The manager Capri, is hardly ever on site so when your door gets stuck trying to enter, you’re on your own. The keypad codes are NEVER changes. Twice I had someone walk in my room looking for a previous guest. I constantly asked to have this changed and while I was told they would, they didn’t. This total indifference to safety is how a man had his throat cut during my stay by an untruder that entered while he was sleeping! The same room had fleas when I first checked in and I moved after my son and I were covered in itchy bites everywhere. Police or paramedics are there at least twice a week. The only thing that tops it all is being approached and asked “you don’t have anything better to do?” Because my review about one channel, no telephone, and inadequate toilet was true. Still I was told I could delete it and stay, or leave it up and get kicked out. This is the second attempt to review this tragedy of a motel. Unsurprisingly I deleted my review and was still forced to check out. IMO you’re better off in jail!a month agoSo it advertises “no smoking on premises” imagine surprise when I got to my door and two people were smoking right outside. I asked the attendant – about the smoking policy. He glanced and shrugged his shoulders”their outside.” The room had a very used feel. Bare necessities, the smell was tolerable. But the neighborhood left me hoping the car would be ok. But it was cheaper – sort of…. I recommend looking for a better cheaper place.2 months agoWho says cheap is dirty? It may be old but you can tell the ownership takes huge pride in providing you with the cleanest and easiest trip possible. Great guy with long hair at the front next. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.a month agoThe worst hotel ever. Dirty!! The guy up front Capri is never there and is so unprofessional. He has no clue about what you say to him. The new owners of this property never go there to check on this property. They are rude. They gave exposed wires, non working fire alarm’s, people living on the property when they have a sign hanging from the fire marshal that says no residency. All their help lives on the property and some don’t have papers. They need a health inspector and fire marshal to come quick. They also always have the cops there. Undercovers are always sitting on property due to so much going on at that property. Please see pictures. The residence site their trash outside their door and throw cigarettes on the ground. 🤢🤢🤢🤢3 months agoStayed from may 12-15th, super friendly staff and housekeeping! Enjoyed my stay 100% (booked on Airbnb!) very communicative through the app, definitely recommend for anyone looking for a budgeted place to stay! Super close to metro station and lots of food opportunities close by.

The rooms are welcoming and inviting. They were exceptionally clean so it seemed without getting out a light. 😳😅 Breakfast however was not so great. The oatmeal was less then desirable which is hard to believe, it’s oatmeal. The lobby was nice and clean. The gym is well equipped and clean. The parking garage was easily accessible. Ice machine on each floor except the first.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the lovely and welcoming staff and checked in quickly. They made the place feel warm and happy, which we really appreciated after the night we had. The elevator wasn’t stopping at the lobby so they went out of their way to help call the elevator down for us to bring our luggage up. This was also fixed the same day. They also gave us a welcome bag with a handwritten note, which was a very sweet touch. The room was simple and clean, walls a bit thin, but overall great. The staff always greeted us and other guests coming in and out of the hotel. These short interactions made a world’s difference and the stay was very relaxing because of it.
If you’re looking to get your bang for your buck, this is the place to go. The hotel was clean and breakfast was ok. I noticed that the later you have breakfast, the less appetizing the eggs taste (starts having a rubbery consistency close to closing). They serve boiled and scrambled eggs daily along with yogurt, bagels, muffins and the meat switches daily; some days they’ll have bacon (wasn’t a fan of their bacon) some days it’s breakfast sausage like the brown and serve sausages and some days it’s sausage that’s cut up. They also serve coffee and have water and 2 other juices. Not a bad place for the price overall. I found it inconvenient how they didn’t have toothbrushes in the room, but luckily they sell them downstairs. They sell toothbrushes, snacks, and ice cream in the lobby area. I truly think the absence of toothbrushes in the room while they sell them in the lobby is a marketing scheme, but the next time I come here, I’m not brushing my teeth and I’m going to the lobby to talk their ears and nose off.
Don’t forget to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t regret it.
Recently my husband and I stayed at this location for a family event in the area. He booked the room last-minute, as our original plans fell through at another hotel nearby. We were greeted by Tyler, I believe his name was, and the service was outstanding. He was patient and understanding of our situation, and we greatly appreciate his professionalism. 10/10 would recommend this specific location to family and friends. Thanks Tyler and staff!!
Had a room with 2 queen beds, clean and comfy. Front desk was very nice and helpful. The shower head and equipment could’ve been a tad cleaner but nothing crazy. Location felt safe especially because they had a free parking lot. Only bout a 20 min ride to main touristy DC
