My shower was flooding the bathroom every time I tried to drain the tub and to add insult to injury the toilet, which shared their line wasn’t flushing. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, I never once felt stupid for not knowing what was going on or talked to in a condescending way. We had a crack in our water heater, which we had no idea about, and they were so quick to find the cause of the issues we were having, get the parts, and replace it completely. We also had a bad job done by another company on some clean out work that they completely fixed. They were very thorough in their initial estimate and letting us know cost BEFORE any work was done. Once the work was completed, they cleaned up and then again went through everything that they did before we signed off. Mike was so kind and knowledgeable in his trade, and Brittany was patient with setting us up on a payment plan and getting the initial appointments set. Nick has several crews and I have used them many times. No matter what crew or who is sent, they have customer service that outranks any plumbing service I have used or heard of. My most recent experience was with Lucas and team mate. They are always courteous, informative, respectful in every aspect of the job. When they had to find a gas leak and repair it, they have continually kept me informed of everything they are doing and explained to me what the problem was and the solution. I didn’t know they would give free estimates, they offer financing and they know their stuff. In this day and time unfortunately customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but not in the case of All Star Plumbing. They truly outshine all others. Thank you Nick for having crews that are genuinely good at their job, respectful to customer ( I am a widow and have not been respected by companies in the past , because I am a woman and they prefer to deal with a man .), and informative as to what is happening with repairs . Also they take care of you in a timely manner as much as their schedule allows. I hope All Star continues to grow and help people with the utmost care. Great company and awesome installers. This was our second system. The first was our upstairs unit and now the downstairs. This company is first rate. Both experiences they were quick to respond and install. They were also quick to respond to our maintenance check. They text to let you know they are on their way and also send pictures of who your installer will be. They are courteous, very knowledgeable of their equipment, and clean up any mess that is made. Highly recommend Ace Air Conditioning!
Chris was an absolute professional when servicing my AC issues. He took his time and did a thorough troubleshoot until he found the problem. He was very pleasant and informative through the whole process as he fixed the issue. Very satisfied with Chris and Ace Air!
We had some serious problems with our AC and heat this winter. It got hot and the AC unit wasn’t cooling. I have worked with Brennon Monk, the ACE technician, for years and he is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to teach me maintenance (which saves on repairs $$). He works quick and has helped me out many times. Really happy with my interactions with him, and the service that he provides.
Chris and his guys installed a new HVAC system in our house and they were great, very pleasant all of them, the even cleaned up before the left, inside and outside. Great customer service and experience with all of them. Your service man Joe that came out when we requested a quote was top notch, I’m very happy with everything and would recommend him to anybody looking for this product and work!!!!????
Hayden was awesome today. Y’all are lucky to have an employee of his calibre. He was extremely nice and very informative of the repairs he was doing on my AC Unit. Y’all are my go to AC repair company. I have never been disappointed with the employees that y’all have working for you. They are all outstanding.
