  1. Last week Brian came by and replaced water valves at my house. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He showed up promptly and exceeded my expectations. As a manager, I know it is difficult to find and retain employees. I would hope all your employees conduct themselves in the same manner. He has won my business.   2. We had Brian S come out from Bill Trombly and he was amazing. Our shower handle broke off in the afternoon and the only thing we could do was shut off the main water. I called and they were able to get a tech out within 30 minutes. Brian arrived and he did an amazing job. He needed to cut into our wall to access the plumbing and he was able to change out the whole fixture. We are so lucky to have called Bill Trombly Plumbing and have Brian come out.

  4. Response time was excellent. Phone was answered almost before it rang, and the person who answered the phone was very professional, and very friendly. She scheduled me for service as soon as possible, which turned out to be much quicker than I had expected. Service tech was at me house sooner than I had hoped. David responded to the call and was professional as always, very nice, very thorough and took care of all the problems, which was a great relief for me. David is an excellent example of what we all hope for in a service employee when we invite them into our homes. Thank you very much.

  5. Stellar from start to finish. Brian with the consult answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns, even a couple that I wasn’t aware of. Brendan and Cole did a perfect install, and fully explained the new system and its operation. Electrical (sorry don’t remember his name) also beautiful, and professional work. And to top it all off, Bills prices were better than 90% of the others I checked with. Would recommend to anyone, and everyone.

    A.J. LeBlanc installed a mini split ductless heating and cooling system at my house and they were absolutely incredible. Everything about the process was extremely smooth, start to finish. Rich was great to work with, he addressed all my needs and came up with several options based on my requests, so I was very happy to have some flexibility in my decision. The quote was detailed so I knew exactly what I was getting and what to expect. The technicians Josh and Brandon were amazing. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had in a way that I could understand without dumbing it down too much. He was very accommodating whenever I had any concerns or if there was something I wanted done slightly different. Every day they were on time and informed me of what they had planned for the day. The scheduled time was from October 10th-14th and they finished on the 13th. I highly recommend hiring them for installing a mini split ductless system!

    On 9-21, Asia Young performed a furnace maintenance / cleaning. The service experience was beyond my expectations. I asked that we be notified 30 minutes prior to arrival and I received a call from the LeBlanc office letting me know she’d be arriving within 30 minutes. We each arrived at almost the same time. The maintenance provided was excellent. Asia explained everything she was doing. What and why certain filters were changed. She thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of the furnace. It looked almost new when done. She swept and vacuumed the area around the outside of the furnace. Her work was immaculate. We recently switched to LeBlanc after our previous company closed for retirement and I have been extremely please with the thoroughness, knowledge and professionalism we’ve received each time.

    Danny sent his crew out to evaluate the issues we were having with water pressure. They figured out the issue right away, he emailed me a quote a short time later and scheduled the work to be completed the next day! The team was very professional, quick and thorough.     It’s the dawn of a new day, running on new heat pumps at my Dover, NH house today. What a phenomenal Multi-Zone Heat Pump installation by Proactive Comfort! I researched and received quotes from several companies before deciding to move forward with Proactive Comfort. They had the best price, best service, and I’m convinced the best quality of installation. The sales representative, Mark Toto, was great to work with, being attentive, knowledgeable, and easily reachable during the quotation and decision process. The lead installer, Jesse Santiago, was a expert and easy to work with, getting everything installed to plan, answering questions, and being open to what I needed. I’m looking forward to complete comfort in the summer and winter in my cape house in the decades ahead in addition to being able to bring my house dependence off the high prices of oil and gas.

    Bill from Proactive Comfort was the first sales technician out to my house to check out what we wanted, and gave a competitive quote just a few days later. The price was good and the design met our specifications. The install took a few days longer than they anticipated, but I didn’t mind. The workmanship of the installers- Eric, Scott and Chris (maybe one or two others) was evident the entire time. In the end, they delivered a system that worked just like I hoped. Theresa from the office did a great job coordinating the details of the permits and keeping me informed of the work crews day-to-day schedule. All in all we’re very happy with proactive comfort and recommend them highly.

    I had a back flow prevention that had failed. Plumber was out at 930 the morning after I scheduled it so on time and very quick. He was brought out to fix that as well as a black plastic pipe in the ground with a hole in it ( irrigation. I dig it up to reveal the hole in it. He said he doesn’t do irrigation which I find annoying because it’s still just a plastic water line. If it were in my ceiling he would fix it …. then he said he didn’t have the parts to fix it and that it would have to be dug up more. I assume he just didn’t want to do it. He says ” let me go get pricing to fix your back flow “. He comes back and showed me the price on his tablet. Over $1,100 to fix a simple fixture that I feel he will be done with before I finish this review. He was on time, factual and got right to it. I asked for a break down of price and he refused to give it to me. Said it’s a flat rate but wouldn’t show me the parts price. I could have said no and kicked him off my property but I didn’t and that’s on me. I’ll never use them again. Not a threat just that there’s plenary of plumbers out there and I feel I’ll have better luck with any of the others. Thanks

    I woke up to my house at 30° in the morning called several other companies in a panic. These guys were incredible from the moment that I called she was very receptive. Listen to all of my concerns and paid attention to the details and was more helpful than probably six other companies I had talked to. They were early with Kohls and he showed up early. He was a awesome dude and help me step-by-step set everything up, I would not trust my house with any other company at this point. They are absolutely incredible and I appreciate everything y’all did.
