Lazy , just lazy. How do you not accept a coupon that I used one similar to the week prior. On the coupon it shows “Accepted at Kroger, ALDIs, Target” , just didn’t want to do your job. Ended up having to spend money from bills. Need a better morning store manager or manager whatever she was.

Do not order pick up. They will mess it up every single time.raw with ready to eat everything thrown in the back cans with bread and not to mention missing items
Wow Kroger! Just wow! I don’t know what is happening over there, but you guys have slid down the ratings scale.
45 minutes, 6 calls and Still could not get someone on the phone to order a birthday cake. When I finally got someone to pick up in customer service, she told me to call back in 20 minutes or so, because all the managers are in a meeting! I asked if that is normal that a manager takes an order for a birthday cake, and she said “well, you just said you were transferred to bakery 3 times and no one answered!”…. at that moment it occurred to me that even if I ordered a cake from their bakery, there was no reason to feel confident that it would be ready on the day I needed it!
I hung up and called Publix. I got their bakery on the phone immediately, she was cheerful, polite and my cake will be ready when I arrive.
This Kroger on Jonesboro Road has gone downhill from what it used to be. Soooo sad. Hopefully these ‘Manager meetings’ are a step towards fixing these issues….. jeeeeeze
I lived in the area for many years. This Kroger is awful and I will never go in there to shop. My husband and I went to buy a sandwich from the deli. We were told they didn’t sell pastrami or corn beef. Even tho it was in the case!!! And had to choose from Turkey or ham. I don’t eat either. So my husband decided to get turkey. When the deli lady took the sheet off the meat, flies were under there. She apologized and said they were having trouble with flies. Thennnnnn she did the unthinkable, she mashed the fly on the corner of the meat try. Unbelievable…. Kroger needs to do better. Revamp that whole store! Deli is too close to the front door. Or get something to control those flies. Won’t be back!
