This is by far my favorite Kroger in the area. Though today I had probably my least favorite visit. The shelves were bare. Perhaps it was from a busy day and they’re shorthanded. But I was unable to get a bunch of the things that I came to get. But I still love my Kroger. The Kroger points are nice.
I appreciate the convenience of Kroger Pick-Up; however, the wait time is ridiculous. Only one employee making runs out and all spots filled with people waiting in the isles and cutting in front of people who have been waiting longer. This is by far the worst location I have been to. Staff is always very pleasant, they just need more help.
As usual employees were friendly. Plenty of workers around but when you really need someone they are nowhere to be found . Decent sale prices. In my opinion Walmart is a little more price friendly.
INSTACART SHOPPERS BEWARE!!. So for starters, I’m young and black, I just recently started back instacarting since during COVID-19 and two incidents happened yesterday and today, yesterday I was followed around the store by a Kroger associate and I’m assuming to me one of the corporate people, When I went to checkout, they stood at the line that I was at and the Kroger associate pulled the bagger to “talk”, The cashier knew I had an instacart but I’m assuming the corporate guy didn’t because he decided to bag my groceries, When he got done and as I was leaving, I remembered walking past the cake slice selection and I love Kroger’s coconut cake slice and anyone who Instacart’s knows you’re timed so you can’t stop for any personal reasons, I parked the instacart buggy so that I could purchase the cake slice for myself and as I was doing so, I saw the same guy and the lady that he was walking with watch me buy the cake, they left when they saw that I was purchasing it. People like that make black people uncomfortable on a daily basis, it’s irritating and annoying to not be able to do simple things like InstaCart and shop without a white person thinking you wanna steal. The second incident happened this morning, a Kroger worker bagged for a woman at a self checkout line just to watch me check my items out and as I was leaving with the instacart order he asked me if I needed help but I had a receipt in my hand. I don’t think I wanna instacart at that Kroger anymore.
The manager ms.teresita was very rude. I explained to her the coconut oil says 8.99 the sticker is there and there was more than 7 of the same bottles in that spot. She would not honor the price, It’s not my fault that a worker put, them in the wrong place. She should have honored it and than told somebody to go remove them and place them in the right place. So,I left and went to WALMART and bought everything for a cheaper price!! 205.32 Kroger lost!!
