What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. This location has saved me a few times when I’m in the area. It’s slightly tucked away so there’s no major traffic issues. I find the parking lot a tad wonky though.

I’m assuming this is an older store due to the layout. The walking space between the registers and the aisles may be just about 5 feet. It’s cozy. It doesn’t take much to block an aisle.

The store itself is fairly clean. The staff I’ve interacted with are cordial. The prices are decent. Old or not it’s a great location.

  2. Management here seems pretty dense. They don’t seem to understand we want to get our groceries and pay and get on our way. They never open both sections of the self checkout machines or more than two regular registers, no matter how long the lines are. I’ve set my basket down and walked out several times.

  3. Ok. Whomever is in charge of this operation needs to be removed. There were 35 people in front of me at the self checkout and it was NOT moving. This is a common occurrence. I was hoping it would get better. It has not. If you are short staffed, offer a higher pay rate, offer incentives, but do not take it out on your paying customers. Your customer service is garbage.

  4. The customer service counter is never open. I have been there regularly for 3 days now for my vehicle registration sticker and nobody was there to help me. A lady at the cash register said it was closed and it wasn’t even 4pm, and when I asked her how long is it usually open, she gave me a nasty attitude. Now I’m approaching the deadline for my vehicle registration and this was the easiest way for me to do that yet there was nobody to help me.

A caterpillar and black insect eggs in the basil? Come on. Really? I’ll take my pesticides if it means not getting insects that are still moving in my food. I always wash my produce but this is a little much.

Only go here if you are shopping in person. They will take your pick up orders and confirm same day pick up. Then 10 mins before it should be ready they will call and tell you your order won’t be ready until sometime the following day. I’ve had to call the manager several times due to this and get a refund because they will take the money out immediately but push ur pick up time back by a minimum of 24 hours. Then they constantly pick the wrong foods within the order, or give you the complete wrong order. It’s a mess. Been like this for months. Such a headache when it’s meant for Convenience.

The main Kroger that I swing by because it is close my my complex. I normally never have issues in the store. I always seem to find really good deals and mark downs when I go there. Yesterday, they had a number of wines marked down in the fridge. I picked through 6 bottles that I found to purchase. As I rang them up, they did not match the sticker/markdown price instead they run up higher. The self check guy had no clue what I do. He went and got other cashier who went to go check the bottles. The other cashier came back with the manager behind she/her informing me they could not changed the prices when the labels were incorrect and multiple wine bottles not in the right spot. I was not honored. I advise the manager to fix the sale prices on the wine in the fridge, or they will continue to run into the same problem. I ended up leaving with one bottle that actually was labeled correctly. I wasn’t pleased.

I have the worst experience in pickup shopping in this place, you are supposed to pay everything before going to pick up the order now it turns out that if you already paid for your order and then you pick it up they can hit extra surcharges that they do not explain to you, they only do it period. They made me a recharge of more than 16 dollars more because I do not know, in the same order that I already paid. I have always had the habit of looking at my account statement and if it weren’t for that I would not have noticed that extra charge. I ask everyone if you have bought here online to check your account statement

I love the people that work there. I have been going here for more than 35 years. But there has been sewage coming out the back of the building for 42 days now , I have told the manager and some other employees and the city and the sewage is still flowing.

  • Use self-checkout: If you prefer a faster checkout experience, consider using the self-checkout lanes available at many Kroger locations.
  • Stay organized at checkout: As you reach the checkout, keep your reusable bags or shopping bags ready for packing. Group similar items together and separate any fragile or delicate items to prevent damage.
  • Review your receipt: Before leaving the store, take a quick look at your receipt to ensure that all the items have been scanned correctly. If you notice any errors, don’t hesitate to notify a store employee.
