- Reviews:I contacted Angels of Assisi and they never replied to me. I am a shut in and have a female cat that needs to be spayed. I can’t drive anymore and asked if they would come and pick her up. I only came to pick up flea and tick medicine. The lady that greeted me was absolutely wonderful. The process was quick and easy. Customer service goes a very long way. I love this way of handling the walk-ins and the people were very kind, to me and my animals. I got there 45 minutes before they opened and my total time spent was almost 2 hours – not too bad for Saturday morning. - Reviews:Purchased a beta fish and an 3 1/2 gallon aquarium top fin brand. The aquarium was clearanced so we thought it was a good deal. 2 weeks after using the aquarium the filter stops working properly. We unfortunately threw away the receipt not thinking we’d need to keep it. So now we’re stuck with the aquarium and pump that doesn’t work! We thought something wasn’t right when we were assembling the pump to begin with because the instructions were very poorly written! Picture to show how cloudy in a short period and I’ve cleaned the tank once in the 2 week period. When will left the grooming salon its kind of gone down hill a little bit. The staff are nice and really respectful. Like the worlds best cat litter red bag or green bag is the Hide one and I need just a small one every once in a while. Very nice staff and very clean! A great place to shop for your fur babies!! A really nice selection of dog & cat food. Toys, beds and Not to mention they also have a grooming salon and Bancroft pet health care on site! One special thing I love is they have Angels of Assisi adoptions of kitty’s and hold adoption events too!!
This is a very nice store to bring and buy great stuff for your furry friends. On top of that you have the Banfield Animal Hospital under the same roof. Great place to shop. Your fur babies will love you for it.
I am so disappointed today. A few weeks ago, I took my golden retriever puppy there to be groomed because I had shoulder surgery. I upgraded his package. He came home with filthy ears, and no bandana which was paid for. I called and spoke with management. They said he didn’t like his ears messed with so they left them dirty.
Today he had another appt.I called ahead of time and asked them to make sure to clip the long hair under his feet, and to make sure he came home with his Bandana. My husband picked him up. He came home with fur under his feet and no bandana. A week ago I took my 2 year old golden retriever to be groomed. When I dry her, I blow dry her and brush her to take care of her unruly hair. She was a wild mess when I picked her up. While I called today to see why services I upgraded and paid for were not done, I asked about how my older dog was styled. I had absolutely NO idea that they are in a cage with a blower! NO idea!!! My Molly girl is such an anxious dog, and never took to kennels well. That had to be horrible for her. Had I known they don’t style the dogs them selves, I would NEVER have allowed her to be dried that way. I am just super upset. I guess I will start taking them somewhere else and really do my homework in the process.
A good store to visit and get pet supplies. Staff is friendly and helpful, I went there to get some plants for my aquarium and they told me the ones to get for my Betta. Also got a Betta there and the fish is healthy and happy
My experiences here relates to communication with the groomers and I’ve got to say they were really kind and helpful to me, even told me how to get the mats out of my little havanese without having to leave him for the complete buzz job.
