What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. The staff here is super friendly and proficient. Your car gets good and clean which is surprising for how quick the wash is. If you wash your vehicle often then I definitely recommend springing for the unlimited pass. It’s very affordable. When your done with the automatic car wash don’t forget to head over to use the vacuums for the interior, they are free to use with every wash.

  2. This location speeds up their carwash so it doesn’t do a good job. We constantly use the Mister Car Wash where we live a few hours away, and normally, the conveyor belt stops briefly at different spots and lets the machines actually wash the car. This location has the car slide through so fast it doesn’t stop, leaves streaks of dust, and it shoots you out of the air dryer so fast, your car is covered in water and not dry at all. I buy the same $10 carwash everywhere I go, and this is the only location so far that’s ever been awful. Don’t waste your money here.

  3. What happened to the other car wash??? I’ve had to go through several times to get my car clean. I’m told you can go back through if you would like. THAT’S NOT THE POINT WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO KEEP GOING THROUGH. IT SHOULD BE CLEAN THE FIRST TIME!!! IT WOULD ALSO BE GREAT FOR IT TO BE DRY ALSO.

    FIX YOUR MACHINES….

  4. You guys always change how fast or slow we go through and lately it’s on fast and all the soap doesn’t get off of my car. Can you guys please look into this. Oh and tire dressing is hit and miss also

  5. I don’t give out five stars likely this place was clean the vacuums had a lot of suction the car came out no bugs and I live in the mountains staff was friendly

What Services Do You Get in a Touchless Car Wash?

Touchless car wash services are designed to thoroughly clean your vehicle without the use of brushes or contact with the surface of the car. Instead, high-pressure water and specialized cleaning agents are used to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants. Here are some common services that are included in touchless car washes:

  • Pre-wash: A touchless car wash typically begins with a pre-wash stage where the vehicle is sprayed with a high-pressure water jet to loosen and remove loose dirt and debris.
  • Detergent application: Specially formulated cleaning agents are applied to the vehicle to help break down and remove stubborn dirt, bugs, and road grime.
  • High-pressure rinse: After the detergent has been applied, a high-pressure water rinse is used to flush away the dirt and cleaning agents.
  • Spot-free rinse: To ensure a clean and streak-free finish, many touchless car washes use a spot-free rinse system, which uses filtered water to minimize water spots and leave the vehicle looking pristine.
  • Undercarriage wash: Some touchless car wash services also include an undercarriage wash, where powerful jets of water are directed at the underside of the vehicle to remove dirt, salt, and other corrosive substances.
  • Tire and wheel cleaning: Touchless car washes often include a separate cleaning step for the tires and wheels. This may involve a specialized cleaning solution and high-pressure water jets to remove brake dust and road grime.
  • Hand drying: After the car has been washed, it is typically hand-dried using microfiber towels or blow dryers to eliminate water spots and ensure a clean, shiny finish.

These services are designed to provide a thorough and efficient cleaning process for your vehicle without the risk of scratches or damage that can occur with traditional brush-based car washes. Additionally, touchless car washes can often be completed more quickly, making them a convenient option for busy car owners.

First of all I want to say the customer service is on point everytime I go they are always smiling and telling me have a great day or asking how my day is going so far always a plus in my opinion even the manager came and helped thankyou nalee for the help and convinceing me to upgrade to titanium and the wash itself the new titanium wash a big difference literally feels like I got my car waxed I always dry my car after by hand and with the titanium the microfiber towl glides on the paint and it’s more dry then usual so no need for extra work at the end would recommend 100% best and easiest wash I’ve been to A++

If I could give this company a 0 I would. We have been a paying member for a long time. My wife took her car through a couple days ago and the car wash ripped her driver side tail light out. We are being told that they are not going to cover any damages because it happened to fall out at the blowers in the end and that indicates previous damage. They even told me that the light looked good on entry. Not a way to do business. Will not be going back. Now I have to go to BMW and pay for it myself. Bad business.

I got the #1 wash which was $18 and recommended by the employee and decided to tip as well and was fairly disappointed in the service. I miss the Waterdrops Express car wash service and prefer it over this new one.

They don’t spray your car with the bug spray to soak for a couple minutes before going into the wash. They spray your car right BEFORE you get it all washed off and it is basically ineffective. My car was still covered in bug guts afterwards.

The back of my car, where my spare tire sits, was completely dirty and looked untouched by water or soap.

None of the workers even help dry off your car to avoid water spots. Water drops employees were ALWAYS seen running around with towels and drying off cars and it helped a lot. Honestly, I don’t believe they deserved a tip after this and I don’t see a reason to tip at all.

The wash was so quick and felt like it did nothing for my car anyway for being nearly $20.

The blue towels were out in the machine but the workers found me one in their stock room so I’m glad I didn’t waste an extra $2.

Waste of money. I feel I could’ve gotten the same results with the cheapest option.

Done fast and easy! For the price I don’t expect much but the vacuum makes up for it. My 2500 got a quick wash and I vacuumed it for less than half of what I’ve payed everywhere else. Now it’s not a perfect wash but for the price and time it takes, I am just glad it’s less dirtier. Same goes for my other vehicles when I bring them in too.

This car wash has really fallen off a lot from about 5 years ago. Biggest issue is cleanliness. The ground is always dirty. Hard to put armor all on your tires when all the trash sticks to them. Vacuums don’t work as well as they used to

******update to comment *** I was able to message them through Facebook Messenger and they took care of this issue and explained to me that the drive thru will always pre-authorize the debit card for $10. So just an FYI it takes it along time for the Pre-Authorization to fall off. At least it did for me. It was still there even after the $5 posted to my bank account. Even on a $5 wash it holds $10. So I’m pleased now and have updated this review to give them five stars for their professional customer service.

*************************************** I like this car wash but …. Every time I use my debit card there I just get a $5 drive thru wash and it takes $10 and so far it’s been pending on my debit card for well over 8 days even though it has already posted $5 on my bank account dated 8/12!!!! So technically it charged me $15 since the $5 posted but the $10 is still pending.

This is our go to car wash :). It’s quick 5 minute process through the drive thru part , and for the do it yourself it’s like 10 minutes . There are also vacuume cleaners , and some with scent guns. It is a really great spot to wash a car :).

I have been very pleased to see attendants on the premises when I have been there. Recently have started using this car wash again. I have had experiences at other car washes where everything is dirty packed with mud and oil. I have noticed that they are continuously cleaning the grounds i.e. washing off the mud. I have fallen down at a car wash from all the mud and grease on the cement. So thank you attendants for keeping this place clean.

I also felt more secure having somebody there.

  • Location: The location of the car wash can also affect the cost. Car washes in urban areas are typically more expensive than car washes in rural areas.
  • Size of the car: The size of your car will also affect the cost of the car wash. Larger cars will typically cost more to wash than smaller cars.
  • Additional services: You may also choose to add additional services to your car wash, such as undercarriage cleaning, tire shine, or interior vacuuming. These additional services will typically cost extra.

  • Look for coupons or discounts: Many car washes offer coupons or discounts, so be sure to check before you go.
  • Wash your car during off-peak hours: Car washes are typically more expensive during peak hours, so try to wash your car during off-peak hours to save money.
  • Consider a membership: Some car washes offer memberships that can save you money on washes over time.
