3 months agoI am not happy at all with the service I had this afternoon. I paid $55 for mainly a vacuum. I just purchased the car and it was already clean. I just wanted the grime taken care of. They spent less three minutes and did nothing!!! I should have done this myself. And to think they wanted over $30 extra to apply a protectant!! I don’t think I got the “best wash” as there was nothing different than the “basic wash” I don’t know about anyone else but $50 is still a lot of money to me and I feel I was just ripped off by splash car wash jfk nlrar3 months agoUnfortunately, I have to use this location often for work. The car wash is just OK and not really worth the price. I would not use it on my personal vehicle or be willing to use my own money at this location. I have had two oil changes at this location and both times they have forgotten to refill my washing fluid and did not reset the check engine light. I use a wex card through my job and because of that, the checkout process is like pulling teeth, having to provide my ID multiple times. Today when I stopped by for a car wash, in hopes to get a vacuum for the first time, I was informed that our account does not cover, vacuuming. Oh, well, I will go spend my money on the vacuum down the road at Shell.a month agoThomas provided great customer service and was very helpful. They went above and beyond to get asphalt off of my white car which was hard to do! They removed all of the discoloration and brought it back to brand new! Could not have been happier with the customer service and outcome! Highly recommend these guys!

They have continuously improved in customer service as well as things like providing towels and glass cleaner. The very nice lady who manages the Rodney Parham location is always very helpful and greets each car as they come through.

I arrived one day at Zips and was greeted by Tassa. She was so happy to see me and went on to explain the deals and specials Zips had to offer. She even explained the cost savings value over time which is what really caught my attention. Her attention to detail was phenomenal and she didn’t come across as overly pushy. You know that car dealership vibe, ijs. Tassa was a pleasure to meet and talk with. What started as a quick run through the car wash turned into a great start of my day. Customer service is at an all time low these days. However, doing business with Tassa made me feel my business was valued at Zips.
