What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Got the 18$ car was which is the max wash and unfortunately my white kia was still dirty. Rims wasn’t clean and front and back bumper wasn’t clean as I thought it’ll be and I did the pre clean for bugs😩products smelled great though as I went through the wash.

  2. Priced the same as car washes where the attendants actually prep your car. My car should be clean after a $25 Carwash. The attendant was eating a snack as he guided my car in but you’re telling me they can’t scrub the bugs off and I have to do it myself? That’s asinine.

  3. My wife and I paid for the premium wash. We sat for 18 minutes in neutral waiting to be lined up in order to start the wash. This is an unacceptable service. Was I offered compensation for our lost time? No…not even a simple apology. Beyond livid.

  4. One of the employees signed me up for the fast pass without telling me, only did I realize after I looked at the receipt. Thankfully i noticed because I’m not paying $20 for a car wash that barely cleaned my car the first time thru and using bug prep. And when I tried to cancel the subscription online the company made it way too complicated and so they still try charging my card. every. single. day. Thankfully I didn’t use my normal debit card. Avoid this place

  5. Had to go thru twice, and the machine scrapped all of my tires noticeably.

Edit: In response to the business reply- my tires were virtually brand new, and the scratches on them are the exact spacing on each side. The marks were not there beforehand, I regularly inspect my car.
So, to add to this- over half of the vacuum tools either had no suction or very little suction, even after they did a release on them to make sure they weren’t clogged. All of the provided towels were dirty-even after a cart changed out. I also pre washed my car thoroughly with the provided broom & solution 4x. Not only wash my car still dirty on my trunk’s entire surface area, but so were my hood and doors.
I also paid the extra money for the upsale feature they suggested at the machine- which I don’t believe was actually applied, seeing as my car still was dirty after two rounds.
Who would dare to ask an already annoyed employee to “help with spots” after already having to go thru twice!
It was also hard to find an employee as NO ONE was outside or easily found other than the guy who was on his phone while waving people in. The only guy who made an effort was the one inside the cleaning part trying to wave you forward-which the machine does for you already.

Instead of trying to place blame-improve your business. This place used to be amazing and clearly something, or someone is causing it to fail now. As you can see not only from mine, but also other’s reviews.

What Services Do You Get in a Touchless Car Wash?

A touchless car wash is a type of car wash service that does not use any brushes or cloths. Instead, it relies on high-pressure water jets and detergents to clean the vehicle. This type of car wash is popular because it reduces the risk of scratching or damaging the car’s paintwork, making it a preferred option for many car owners.

Here are some of the services that are typically included in a touchless car wash:

  • Pre-soak: This step involves spraying the entire vehicle with a specialized cleaning solution to help loosen dirt, grime, and other contaminants.
  • High-pressure rinse: High-pressure water jets are used to thoroughly rinse off the pre-soak solution, along with any loose dirt and debris.
  • Detergent application: A specific car wash detergent is applied to the vehicle to help break down stubborn dirt and grime that may still be stuck to the surface.
  • High-pressure rinse #2: Another round of high-pressure water jets is used to rinse off the detergent, ensuring a clean and residue-free surface.
  • Spot-free rinse: In this step, demineralized water is used to rinse the vehicle, helping to reduce the chances of water spots or streaks appearing on the car’s surface.
  • Drying process: The car is typically dried using high-powered blowers or air dryers that gently and efficiently remove water from the vehicle’s surface. Some touchless car washes may also include the option for hand drying.
  • Additional services: Some touchless car washes may offer additional services such as tire shine, wheel cleaning, undercarriage wash, and interior vacuuming.

Overall, a touchless car wash provides a convenient and effective way to clean your vehicle without the risk of damaging the paintwork. It offers a range of services to ensure a thorough cleaning, leaving your car looking shiny and spotless.

No longer hand drying or tire shining. Rinse doesn’t remove all the soap and the blow dryers don’t dry your vehicle good. AND raised their prices. I’m done…won’t be back. I now get a better wash & wax from Circle K in Savoy….for now. We’ll see what the next car wash brings…

Was the car wash of choice until some changes and a price increase. I left with a car less dusty but not clean. Only a few bugs going in but none were removed from windsheild and front of hood. Water spots everywhere. Soap still on one side of car. So disappointing that I won’t be back. I could have gotten the same thing at the spray it off yourself wash for a lot less money.

Quick oil change, great car wash

Update, still quick, great wash and dry. $46.70. Oil change, no wash. Good old days are long gone for the cheap oil change!

Miss the towel drying, but all the dryers need are to get the side mirrors dried and it would be perfect!

I would say average service. Vacuuming is free, unlimited. But basic wash $10 is not satisfying. I have dead bugs and bird’s marks left after washing. Also my car wasn’t quite dry and collected all the road dust after I arrived home. My car was cleaner than before wash, but not as clean as I expected. If you need just vacuuming, you do it by yourself, use another entry. Will try another car wash next time.

    Public Service Announcement:

If you have a larger vehicle I would not recommend. Not only does the wash do a sub par job (leaves a strip down the middle of the tailgate unclean) my vehicle was damaged and they claim zero responsibility. That after I filled out an incident report after being told they have had some issues, had to go around town collecting estimates for them to deny any responsibility. Their management team then dodged me for days. I wouldn’t recommend their wash as there are better ones in town.

between the two rainstorms in champaign, this location has always been my favorite. I’ve been a member for years (at least 4 years), and this location has been consistent with their high-quality service. I noticed that the staff does a great job filling each station here. I love that they have a designated, bigger area for bug cleaning station. This place is super popular, and sometimes the vacuum station is full, but they do a great job filling the clean towelettes. I wish they had more spray bottles that have full content like bugs pray, window cleaner, multipurpose, etc.

Can’t beat the price – the wash isn’t bad. If you have more than some moderate dirt, do a pre-wash at home first

They offer vacuums and rags to dry with! I recommend taking advantage of both – really steps up the appearance of your vehicle.

Absolute worst car wash I have ever had in the CU area. Brushes didn’t even appear to make contact half way down the car and left the bottom completely untouched. The worst part was that I was home before I noticed it.

How to Protect Your Car’s Paint After a Car Wash

Keeping your car clean is important for both its appearance and its value. But even after you get your car washed, it’s important to take steps to protect the paint job. Here are some tips on how to protect your car’s paint after a car wash:

  • Wax your car regularly. Waxing your car creates a protective barrier that helps to repel dirt, grime, and other contaminants. This will help to keep your car’s paint looking its best for longer.
  • Use a microfiber cloth to dry your car. Microfiber cloths are soft and won’t scratch your car’s paint.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals on your car. Harsh chemicals can strip away the wax and sealant from your car’s paint, leaving it vulnerable to damage.
  • Inspect your car after every car wash. Inspect your car for any damage, such as scratches or swirl marks. If you see any damage, report it to the car wash immediately.

Here are some additional tips to protect your car’s paint after a car wash:

  • Avoid washing your car in direct sunlight. The sun can dry the water on your car’s paint too quickly, which can cause water spots.
  • Don’t over-wash your car. Washing your car too often can strip away the wax and sealant, leaving it vulnerable to damage.
  • Park your car in the shade. Parking your car in the shade will help to protect its paint from the sun’s harmful rays.

Here are some additional products that can help protect your car’s paint:

  • Paint sealant: Paint sealant is a clear coat that helps to protect your car’s paint from the elements.
  • Car wax: Car wax is a type of polish that helps to protect your car’s paint and give it a shine.
  • Waterless car wash: A waterless car wash is a type of car wash that uses a spray-on solution to clean your car without the need for water.

These products can help to protect your car’s paint from the elements and keep it looking its best for years to come.
