What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Absolutely. Gorgeous. Mini golf course. Staff is friendly and this is a great place to bring kids. Relatively cheap (7 per person and 3 for replays) and almost 20 hole long courses. 2 different ones that intertwine and it’s just absolutely fantastic. Lots of shade and batting cages as well. Great place to blow a few hours!

  2. Good place with three different mini golf courses. Now with adult beverages available, it’s great! I’d love if there were beverage holders at each hole. The new “backwoods” course is neat, but not good for putt-putt. It’s much more difficult, with few barriers and easily going OB. The contour was impossible to read, but that may have been the lighting (dusk and after dark with the lights on). Still fun, but I probably won’t play it a second time.

  3. Typical putt putt. greens seem to be well maintained. The challenge course looked like it could be fun.

  4. I love golfing here and their snow cones are great!

Do NOT get the “monster” snow cone though, waste of money, it’s only the size of a large one, was super disappointed with some kids today and wasted money.

    Reply to company:
Y’all are awesome, I may or may not do that, but I just appreciate the feedback, It may have been the worker’s first day, so I totally understand 🙂 Thanks!

  5. I’m so glad to see a childhood favorite of mine be so well taken care of. I went in 2020, and it was looking really rough, but in 2023, it looks fantastic! They obviously put some money back into the course. Love to see it!!

Great places to get swinging. Helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. High quality batting cage equipment. Excellent stock of baseball and softball equipment for purchase. Overall, upper level experience

D-Bat is awesome! You can buy a membership at different levels or you can buy swipes 1 swipe = 15 balls thrown to bat! The machines have options where you can choose softball or baseball and choose the speed in which you would want the ball thrown!Their State of the art facility features many different batting cages so there’s hardly any wait even when it’s pretty crowded! They also have cages where you can practice pitching and batting or practice playing catch! It’s really fun to watch the kids bat! They even have certain days where they’ll let you try out any bat that you would like to try some bats can get very expensive! I know I’d like to try one of those $500 bats! I graded this place five stars! The staff is friendly and they also have various Top of the line baseball items for sale!

My son is really enjoying his membership! I am amazed at how much he gets to do there. I highly recommend D-Bat Lincoln to anyone who loves baseball, and wants to practice year round. Money very well spent!

Great prices. Took my first swings in a decade here and appreciated the hospitality, free bat and helmet rental, and adjustable machines, which top out at 70 on paper. However one machine apparently spits out 82 mph balls, and hitting those was a blast. I will be looking for more D-Bat centers as I travel.

I was visiting Lincoln for the Nebraska baseball camp and went to D-Bat. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and the facility was top rate. I wish I lived closer to this facility because I would go there every day. Great pricing, amazing facilities, and excellent staff. I can’t say enough great things about D-Bat in Lincoln.

I just found out about 2 weeks ago that Driven has changed ownership again. The trainer that we used to see has left and moved to a different place.

Through my association with CJ Cooper who owns the driven academies gymnasiums I have enrolled my son at the Driven Academy at S 49th street in lincoln. There are a number of expert fitness trainers at Driven Academy and CJ himself is a hands-on fitness trainer as well. My sons fitness training has been specifically tailored to improving strength stamina and agility in playing select baseball at AAA level. My son is 11 years old and he loves working with all of the trainers who are all very good with kids. My son gets one on one time with a trainer for 45 to 55 minutes, three days a week which I find to be amply adequate to keep him from being too exhausted while providing the motivation to go back and get some more! I must admit that my son can be a bit of a couch potato if he’s allowed to be so. However, since we started his fitness training program, he has been eager to go to his gym sessions mainly because he enjoys the challenges given to him and the encouragement he gets from the trainers. I know that the driven academy caters to kids who play different sports as well as adults wanting to enroll for a specific training regimen. Speaking as a parent, if you guys are looking for a fitness center for your child to fine-tune their abilities for a specific sport, then please reach out to the driven academy

I can’t get anyone from this place to get back to me. I bought a membership a year ago and saw in October the business closed. I have sent several emails to inquire about a refund for the remainder of our membership we couldn’t use and the lesson I’ve paid for. We also have got cards we haven’t been able to use. I’ve also called and no one answers. Can’t leave a voicemail because it says the mailbox is full. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism in this place since I purchased the membership and now this.

Wonderful facility with even better staff. Our son has worked with Machi over the past two seasons and the improvements have been evident. Highly recommend The Driven Academy.
