  1. Went out and checked this place out last weekend on Friday. Nothing bad to say as I am brutally honest. We on a date night and left the kids at home. While we were there we sent them photos of what they were missing!! Pure enjoyment seeing their reactions!! We got lucky in between the rain and played putt putt. Had fun and now the kids wanna go. To photos as we walked around. Enjoy!!

  2. Not my cup of tea.

    We went to play putt putt and got lost in the confusion of the three courses they offer. The courses are not clearly marked and gets very confusing. If they would mark them and clean up a little more this would be a decent place to go. Don’t get me wrong, for $9 bucks it’s definitely something to keep you entertained “be it from trying to figure out which hole you’re supposed to go to or from putting lol”.

    Some “not all” of the employees were too tied up in their phones to be of any use, I’ve got a big problem with that. Call me old school but where I come from we go to work to EARN our money not play on a phone. The boss/bosses should address this. The other employees up there seemed like pretty good and friendly people.

    The environment as far as other customers is concerned was very relaxed and friendly people. That’s a big plus, I enjoy being surrounded by easy going people that are just out to enjoy life and it seemed like that was the vast majority of the other people there at the time we went.

    Quick summary, clean up, mark and organize the courses; address the employee/phone issues and y’all will have a great place. Just looking for some fun & cheap entertainment then it’s worth it. I’d go back again just not as a first choice.

  3. This is a really great place to take your kids. The prices on all of their games are really affordable, and the various attractions that they have are enjoyable even for adults. Haven’t played the golf or the race track but the next time my family and I visit this location we will definitely be prepared to play every game that they have available. Overall it was a great experience for my children who really enjoyed the atmosphere, it is very kid friendly although as parents we know how our children like to do their own thing when they are in this type of environment. My personal suggestion start off with the race track to create a spontaneous burst of excitement, secondly try the golf attraction to induce a dose of calmness and patience then lastly play the many games that they offer inside to end the amusing day. I didn’t mention the rock climbing attraction because you have to be a particular age to entertain this attraction. If you ever need a fun place to take the family to try golf and games I garrentee this place won’t disappoint go check it out. “This review was provided by your Local Memphis Guide” Darnell Banks.   4. The husband & I took our 16yo & her boyfriend while we were there on vacation & we had a great time!! We did the go karts & the kids loved it!! They were talking about it for hours afterwards… so much we tried to go back the next day before we hit the road to come home. Unfortunately, they didn’t have enough staff to open the attractions until 1pm on Sunday, which was a bummer because we had to hit the road, but I still recommend stopping in to have some fun!!

  5. i came with my son yesterday to play baseball and a lady was very polite and told me they open at 1pm. She then told us that we can purchase a $50 card and get 5 extra bonus, and play games until the attractions open at 1, and we didn’t know the tickets will still be on our card, very helpful, great smile, and took care of us fast while she was cleaning I may add. Thank you young lady who ever you are. Will definitely come back soon! But Please try to have outside open earlier thanks.

    Perfect place for any age to come out and enjoy the game of softball or baseball. I’m on an adult co-ed softball team and this place is perfect for batting practice on rainy days. Also, I needed a new pair of batting gloves my past visit and the gift shop had exactly what I was looking for and very reasonably priced.

    Nice and clean facilities. The coaches/instructors are all very helpful with lessons and picking the proper gear for my kids. They have really enjoyed the kid’s camps, too. Go for the unlimited membership because your kids are going to want to keep hitting once they get in the cages:) Thank you!

    Batting cages were amazing I took my nephew in there and we had a fun time I would have got five stars but not 30 minutes in a staff came in and told us they were closing their doors for the day and didn’t give us a reason why, other than that great place to take children who are interested in baseball.

    This place cancelled the $150 baseball camp, two weeks ago, because of the extreme heat. They have STILL not refunded my girlfriend’s money. When she called and talk to a woman on the phone, the employee RAISED HER VOICE and rudely told her that she will have no choice but to wait, because Memphis Baseball Academy “is not the owner’s only business.” Umm….what?! That’s not what you say to a customer, in any line of work! That is basically saying “you are less important than others, so we will not help you.” If you don’t have the time (or enough employees) to take care of all your business, then DON’T OWN MULTIPLE BUSINESSES. The simple request for a $150 refund should take about TWO MINUTES. It is not rocket science. DO NOT send your kids here.
