  1. The ladies there at the Magnolia office are great. Very friendly and able to answer any questions so you’re not left guessing. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to get their tattoo removed. In case you can’t find them, they are located on the side running along Tyler and across the street from Norms.

  2. I came in nervous and not really knowing what to expect because of the cost or how many tattoos I can get rid off me since I have many. I left with a great deal that exceeded my expectations. The staff that helped me today Krissy and Yailen helped me get started and with any questions and information for after care which is simple. I also got the chance to get treated the same day of the consultation. I’m happy to have got treated today and ready to get more treatments

  3. I was a little nervous going into the process of laser removal. The place is very clean & the staff was extremely friendly & helpful. They really make sure you’re well educated on the process & answer any questions you may have. The removal process was very quick & was moderately painful but it was tolerable and over in a matter of seconds. If you’re looking to get a tattoo removed, I would definitely recommend Removery!

  4. I got a tattoo on my face and regretted it instantly. I’ve had it for awhile and I finally decided to get it removed. I’ve almost had one other tattoo removed because it was a very badly done tattoo, but instead I got a cover up, dedicated to my father after he passed. I reached out to this location because they had very good reviews. I had a consultation on a Saturday with Adrian and we discussed the process. He was VERY informative! And he gave me an amazing price!! I told him I would have to discuss it with my fiancé but after a phone call with him, I decided to walk right back in that day and start my first session of the removal. Amazing office, they all are so nice and very informative and they helped calm me down and make me feel comfortable with starting this journey. I’m now waiting on my second session in about 5 weeks. Thank you Removery! If you are debating on getting a tattoo removed, this is the place!!

  5. Just had my third session done and I’m so happy i chose them. As soon as you walk in, you feel comfortable. The staff is super nice! My appointments are fast & easy. They definitely make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

First time going here and all the staff was so friendly. Jess did my tattoo and she did the most amazing job! She created a design to cover up a previous tattoo and did amazing on it. She was so friendly and helpful!

Julie is absolutely Amazing!! She is very smart and knows her industry! I got some wording on my side and it looks Stunningly Perfect!! She interpreted my desires precisely and communicated the different affects and gave me perfection without me messing it up. I thought that I wanted the words more forward facing and she explained that positioning it that way would give me a wider appearance. Her knowledge of art and appearance placed my tat beautifully hugging my curves and it is so sexy!! To top it off, Julie has a wonderfully deep and interesting soul. She is so interesting!! I might have to get more tats just to chat with her! I know that I will never go anywhere else!! I highly recommend Julie and her shop. 🙂

Julie is simply the best of the best. She has been tattooing me for 17 years, not only do I get a tattoo but the best company during the tattoo. She has meshed my daughters art work together and created the best tattoos for me. I have received and continue to receive complaints on her art work. Thank you for being you Julie.

I would consider a different MedSpa if you’re looking for somewhere hospitable/friendly. I get that MedSpa’s can sometimes feel “medical” or doctor office-like, but they shouldn’t have the energy of one. The staff feels very nonchalant & the providers feel like they wanna get you in and out. My laser experience was less than favorable. Not a single provider ever asked me if I had had any sun exposure recently or how anyy of the treatments had been going. To me, a good provider is going to ask how the hair growth has been. Apparently here they don’t seem to care. For awhile I had the same provider and they did okay, but eventually they did the treatment so quickly that they missed patches. One time they were out and I had another provider who gave a better service & was more thorough. My next time in my regular girl was back & I could tell she didn’t have my settings high enough because I had more hair grow back than I had had the two months before her treatment. Eventually this girl quit (kind of telling in an environment like this tbh) & I had someone new. I explained to her one provider hadn’t had her settings high enough & another did a better job, but I still had so much hair after already doing 5 or 6 treatments (this is when you should start really noticing less). To me this was a provider error rather than the hair needing to be in the right hair growth stage in order to fall out. The woman cranked her settings way too high. Later on I saw dark marks & realized that the provider had burnt my skin. I called the office & they said to email them photos & that I could come in to pick up some creams (a zinc cream & a hydrocortisone). I also spoke with the doctor who I believe is the medical director & when I asked for a refund he stated that the company did not do refunds. He offered me two more laser treatments for free, but I declined both as I will be moving soon. He asked what else I would like & I stated I would be able to do one more laser treatment before I moved & that I would take that & a hydrafacial if he could make that work (I know the office’s cost is super low for this so he jumped at my offer). He also stated that he would personally do my laser treatment since the provider burnt me with the laser & that I didn’t have to worry as it would be “the best laser treatment” I’d ever gotten. Well, flash forward to the day I got my hydrafacial & the provider seemed less than thrilled to even be doing it. After I checked in & sat down I heard the front desk tell her I was there, but heard her continue to talk to them like she didn’t really care. It was probably 5 to 10 minutes before she even took me back to the room. I tried to make small talk with her & asked how long she had been in aesthetics & if she had gone to school for esthetician & if so where. You would have thought I asked her something offensive because she quickly corrected me & said she was a medical assistant–like being an esthetician was below her…. little did she know I’m an esthetician. On the day of my laser I saw that the doctor was there on a computer–likely charting (which is totally normal). Someone took me to the room and I waited for a bit before a woman walked in–not the doctor who said he would personally do my treatment due to the fact that the last provider burnt me. I didn’t want to be rude or cause an issue so I just let her do the treatment & explained that previously someone did not have the settings high enough & the last time I had been here I was burnt. She said she would be careful & find a happy medium. Sadly the cryo for the laser was out, but luckily they had a machine to blow cold air on you while the laser was going. On my way out they tried to charge me & I stated that there must have been some mistake as it was supposed to be comped. A patient shouldn’t have to keep track of what staff has promised you. I get mistakes happen, but when you’ve been given something to make up for an issue–it should be properly documented as to not cause more of a hassle. I now also have pigmentation on my arms.

After years and years of dealing with cystic acne, prescription after prescription, treatment, facials, you name it… I finally found Dr. Dawood. A friend had told me to try him, and I am so glad I did. He is one of the kindest, and most genuine doctors I have ever met. He always takes time to answer all my questions (and I ask 100’s) lol I finally trust someone with my most important organ!! My skin! If you are looking for an honest, reliable doctor who truly cares about his patients, please call him!! You won’t regret it!

Love this place! Staff is always so friendly. Just got a chemical peel done to have a fresh look for the holiday’s. Next plan is microneedling. My daughter has done 2 sessions to help with acne scars and her skin looks amazing. Erika and Dr. Dawood are always so helpful with helping me reach my skin care goals. I have been going to this office since 2011.

Dr. Ronnie and his staff are always so pleasant and thoughtful, best dermatologist in the area. Advised the best option for my health and thoroughly explained what he was doing, I felt very comfortable. Trustworthy and professional! Thanks Doctor!

I’ve been getting Botox here for years. The staff is quick, professional, and helpful. The clinic is clean and nicely decorated, the price is fair and my results consistent and satisfactory. My only “complaint,” is that it’s often difficult to reach them on the phone or get a return call. However, they have been accommodating with walk-ins. I actually just recently tried another provider in Riverside just to compare and found Sumblime to be FAR superior (results & value).
