- Reviews:I have been wanting to get laser hair removal for a while and I finally decided to try this one out! This was my first time getting laser hair removal, and it was honestly the most comforting and best experience ever! Both the receptionist and the nurse were really nice and assuring. They made me feel super comfortable, and calmed down all the nerves I was feeling. Rylie, my nurse, was really sweet and made sure to answer all of my questions. I am definitely coming back here for the rest of my sessions! Also pricing is fair/good. The location is a bit tricky but when they say it’s behind the cafe bakery, it’s LITERALLY behind it lol. I’m glad I went sooner because I was having trouble finding it, but I got there just in time. Also the pain was very minimal, less than waxing (for me). Also, Rylie made sure to ask me frequently if the pain was tolerable. It literally isn’t painless, they use a machine that blows cold air while the laser is on(something like that). But I am very happy about my experience, and even took the time to write a review because it deserves more rep. - Reviews:My sibling and I wanted to get piercings so we called to see if we could make an appointment, thankfully the owner let us know that they take walk-ins which was great. The owner was really cool and funny so it made me less nervous about getting my ears pierced again but it didn’t hurt like getting pierced with the gun since he uses needles only. It was really quick he also did my siblings nose piercing and we were surprised how quick he was doing both our piercings. The owner made the whole experience less nerve racking and made the shop a very welcoming environment and good experience. He even gave us both some stuff to clean our piercings with and gave us alot of helpful information as well. I went in for a consultation & was able to receive my first treatment for tattoo removal the same day! So far I am very pleased & will definitely be back. Dr. Tien is amazing. Highly recommended.
This place charges way too much for tattoo removal! They charged me $650 for one quarter of a half sleeve, and I didn’t see any results. I was under the impression that the money that I paid would cover more than one session, but they just told me that it was only for the one 20 minute session, and that they only guarantee their work after 12 sessions. So $7800 to remove one quarter of a half sleeve is a major rip-off! I am going elsewhere for my follow-up sessions.
I liked the place very much, but the pricing was not fair, I only did a very small portion of my eyebrows tail but they said I have to pay for the full eyebrows so I paid $500 for 1/6 of the job.
This is a luxury business. If you think the prices are too high, then you should be going somewhere else. Look at reviews from any other tattoo removal place and you will see why New Hope is a better choice. They are competent, professional, and their equipment is state of the art.
