Super professional and sweet honestly a natural. Barbie is very experienced and did an amazing job on my friends piercings and was super professional when she changed some of my jewelry out. I really trust both of them 100%. However when I got my tongue pierced last night it was neither of the two girls. A lady with red hair did my tongue piercing and it was completely crooked. I have had my tongue pierced before for years and there’s still a scar from the previous piercing where it was, and it would’ve been a great guide to pierce over, but instead she had pierced the top thru the middle of my tongue and the bottom came out near the tip to the left. I knew from the second i tried to put my tongue back in my mouth it felt very off. We both looked at it and realized it was indeed crooked and she decided to take it out. I will say she did issue me a full refund, and was apologetic and kind about it. And she did do a perfect job on my friends nostril piercing after mine. This was the most amazing experience. James was extremely patient and kind. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him if you are interested in having your child’s ears pierced. My six year-old barely flinched, and didn’t shed a tear, excited and smiling 99% of the time we spent here (she was understandably a bit nervous and said ‘that hurts’ only as the jewelry was being secured, literally one second). NO pain except for this very brief moment, not even after the excitement wore off. Within an hour she had even forgotten she had this done!
The level of professionalism, personal care and attention to detail cannot be beat. There is a great selection of jewelry and every person who came out from the service area with a tattoo was ALL SMILES 🥰. Seriously, if I were to get a tattoo (now I am considering it!) it would be worth the 14 hour drive to have this kind of confidence in my artist. BRAVO!
I recently got a tattoo here in memory of my father who recently passed away. Omar Cruz did an amazing job it came out better then I imagined it would. Omar is very skilled and professional. This was a great experience and I love the shop, super clean and professional! Will definitely be returning in the future!
I had a tattoo done by Omar and he was amazing! Very thorough throughout the design process, very clean and professional and his work was outstanding!!! He pays very close attention to detail! He also took the time to understand that I wanted something unusual, a butterfly but with a dragonfly body (to pay homage to my parents)!

First tattoo and drove 400 miles on a recommendation for Julian. The facility is large, immaculate and serene. Julian was professional, personable and put me at ease immediately. His work took less time than quoted so he charged less than quoted – I didn’t notice the time. My daughter and I got matching tattoos and we are delighted.
James pierced my tragus and the experience was so perfect that I wish I could go back and have him redo all of my other piercings! The shop is beautiful and clean-much more like a doctor’s office than your typical tattoo/piercing shop. James is super professional and knowledgeable with many years’ experience under his belt; and the entire experience was WELL worth paying more than what your typical place would charge. If you’re reluctant about spending a little more, as I was, you should wait and save for it! If you want your piercing done right and with beautiful jewelry that will last, James is your guy. Remember: you always get what you pay for!!
