    The best place I’ve ever been to. Between Lana being an amazing and giving amazing facials to Rita doing the most beautiful nails over ever gotten in my life to her receptionist that is always professional and willing to help and book me whenever I need to get an appointment I can’t even express how happy that I found them. So professional, so clean , and the girls are always having a smile on their face. I love getting out of work from a long day to get pampered by my favorite girls. I will always recommend them they are a 10/10.

    Due to a thyroid condition, I lost half of each eyebrow. Using eyebrow pencils was not effective and looked fake. Lana used her expertise in micro blading and now I have the most realistic, perfect eyebrows! She spent time measuring, penciling in outlines, making adjustments and checking with me to see what I thought before beginning to micro blading them. She took her time, making sure they were perfection. I have eyebrows again and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Lana!

    I’ve been seeing Ashley for awhile now for my eyebrows and lip waxing and she does such great work. I have sensitive skin and was concerned when I first got waxed but I’ve had no issues at all. I moved out of Chicopee and still make the trip from Florence to get waxed. Highly recommend her!

    I have been receiving a series of cryo-treatments at Beauty Battles Lounge over the last month and today I got a deep facial in addition to the cryo treatment. This was the best facial that I have ever had. Ashley took her time and really knew what she was doing. The products were amazing and my skin looks like it got exactly what it needed! Not to mention the incredible effects of the cryo-treatment on my face and neck which has had a visible and lasting anti-aging impact. This was the best self-care treatment I could have invested in.
