  1. I so appreciate the reminder postcard for my annual skin check. At the time of the appointment the front desk was friendly. My wait time was minimal. The health care provider was thorough and efficient. I was given great information on any needed follow up care and I was “out the door” in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone!

  3. Always a pleasant experience at Valley View. The office staff are friendly and caring. Dr Amy Ullan is my care provider and she has always taken good care with me. Head to toe skin checks, not invasive, but thorough and that puts my mind at ease. Treatments for brown spots and skin care too.

  4. I used to use this clinic before their Covid closure. Recently I returned to get my records and they were extremely professional and kind. I had several procedures done here as a patient and I always felt taken proper care of.

  5. Doctor was knowledgeable, but otherwise I felt like my treatment was mediocre. Staff never could answer my questions, the assistants had to have her notes corrected (she was reading them out loud and what she wrote was not what the Dr. Said), and I just waited a week for a call back. My treatment was time sensitive so waiting times really sucked, so I’d call and felt like I had to fight to get more information about what I should be doing next. I wouldn’t come back here again knowing the doctors share front desk staff, but I’d like a new derm in general too. I did not feel much empathy during my care.

    I have been going to Bella Rose for a year now for hormone replacement therapy, and I am incredibly happy with the service and the staff.     Went in for the consult with a tech. for laser hair removal. They asked me to pay for a package up front, so I did. When I went in for the appointment the tech. said that she would do a much small area than was agreed upon at the consult. I think I paid for 6 sessions but wanted to quit after 3. They refused to give me a partial refund. I was told that a manager would contact me but it never happened. I think it’s a poor way to conduct business.

    Ive been coming to Bella Rose now for some time. I love the Biote products and pellets, with out the hormone pellets Im sure my menopause would have been intolerable. My hormones are more imbalance and it has helped cognitively. As for the other items I marked, overall I tried botox for headaches and forehead lines. I did that a year ago, and it helped tremendously. The staff are lovely here, and if it weren’t for transferring to this clinic, I’d still be having issues with the clinic I left. Dr. Harmon was wonderful at finding out through her labs and expertise, that I had Thyroid issues, she got me back on track. Thank Goodness to Salem Womens Clinic.

    I had a hydra facial and it was really nice.. I recommend this medi spa the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about product and services… I’ve done several procedures and buy supplements and skincare products as needed. Highly recommend

    As a bigger girl moving from a different state I was super nervous about getting waxed by someone new especially a Brazilian! I had such a good experience with Kimberley, she was so nice and kept the conversation going especially throughout the Brazilian which can be so awkward! She made me feel right at home and told me about their prices going up in January as well! I also got a super cute little baggie to go home with! I will definitely be going to her again!

    I have been going to this studio for over 11 months now and haven’t had one bad experience! I recently have stepped out of my comfort zone and got my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Kimberley was very kind and supportive of my choice to go a bit darker. She would let me see them and ask if I wanted darker. She took her time to explain to me how long the color will last and when I should book my appointments! 1000% recommend the women who work here as they are always lovingly and never treat anyone like a burden! The pictures posted are from before without tint and 3 days with tint on my eyebrows! I believe they are so much better with the shape and tint! I cannot wait to go back to my next appointment.

    Such an amazing experience! I’ve only had one other wax before this, and it wasn’t something I had much interest in trying again. I tried anyways, and I’m so glad I took the chance with Kimberly. She was so nice and efficient. It was over almost before I knew it and the results were fantastic!! I’m definitely a review reader, so please believe I wouldn’t say this without meaning it, BOOK WITH THEM. You won’t be disappointed!!

    I had a WONDERFUL experience at the Wax Studio with Mikayla!! I recently moved to Salem and have been struggling to find a waxing salon that works for me, but this is it!!! The salon was clean and relaxing. They put a sheet on the bed which I think is a really nice touch. Mikayla is experienced, friendly, and informative. She made me feel really comfortable and kept things as painless as possible.

    The place was nice, super clean and cozy. The moment I walked in the door, it didnt feel intimidating. Mekaela is phenomenal! It was my first time to get a brazillian and was nervous. She was very accommodating and made me feel comfortable. She’s a total pro. It was a great experience overall. I will definitely come back. Highly recommend!
