Initial appointment took longer but they were able to answer all my questions. Rest of appointments have taken less than 5 minutes. Have had to reschedule and have not had any problems. I wish it was closer to home. Takes 1.5hrs to get here. But the second appointment was horrible, the lady who came for treatment was very rude and I was so scared and stopped the treatment immediately bcz i couldn’t bear the pain and I was shocked by her behaviour. From next time I only took appointments with Julie and she was good at instructions/guidance and treatment and care. One more bad experience is, they hardly give one appointment option, else we need to wait for a total of 4 months to get treatment. That was very bad. They say like this is only a slot or time available . Everybody at least needs 2-3 appointment dates or timings so that based on our schedule we can decide the slot. One more major issue was I was charged 250 $ in this month of November and I didn’t get any call back or response from customer care. I already paid lifelong membership for Laser hair removal at the initial appointment. And I was not told about other benefits of membership yearly charge. My experience with this team has been amazing. It was my first time getting filler and I was nervous. They were very patient and talked me through each step of the process, pausing along the way to check with me. My results were way better than I even imagined! I don’t think I can ever go back to my pre-filler life. Originally I had a little issue with migration, but they got me back in right away to dissolve it, so it was a non-issue. Teresa has taken especially good care of me. She’s very experienced and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and getting me in for follow-ups to make sure the end result was just what I wanted. Y’all are the best!
My experience at cascade medical spa has been fantastic!! Cindy is my amazing technician and I highly recommend seeing her for tattoo removals, she has gone above and beyond making sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire process. I’d consider myself someone who has a low pain tolerance and my tattoos are in a sensitive area however getting tattoo removal with numbing cream is actually less painful than getting the ink in the first place. Healing was also a breeze and I cannot believe how quickly my tattoo’s lightened after only my first session. So glad I started this process here, I haven’t been pressured into any other treatments, the office is very clean, excellent parking, reasonably priced and the best part is you can pay as you go! My only regret is I didn’t start this sooner! Cascade Medical Spa is the best!
So professional, clean and effective. I have been to other spas and place is much better. The treatments are straight forward, priced well and they are always on-time and deliver results. I will continue to return. I’ve had tattoo removal, laser hair removal—SO much better than other places—and micro needling that has been much more effective.
I’ve had a great experience with hair removal services at Cascade Medical Spa. The professional performing the procedure is incredibly attentive and understanding.
