  1. I have been coming here for three years now and can’t imagine going anywhere else to get my eyebrows done! This place is very clean and professional even throughout the entire Covid-19 pandemic. Carol is very kind and attentive to detail so you can rest assured you will come out looking great. I have never been unsatisfied with any of the services done here. If there was ever anything I wanted to be touched up again I just kindly mentioned it and it gets fixed the way I want it. My sisters come here as well and they also feel confident they will get a great service here whenever we come! Best place to come to in the AV. Highly recommend it. Thank you for the consistency and accuracy in work!

  2. Great experience 😁 loved the eyebrow threading. I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years and it’s amazing. She’s really popular so it’s best to make an appointment. However she’ll definitely take walk-ins. Hope you love it as much as I do. 😋✌️

  3. The lady is really nice and I’m a regular she tends to do all my well needs and she does an amazing job on my eye brows so elligent and pretty. She makes me feel special and I love it. Very nice and nice to talk to. Also love the eyebrows so much. She deserves more in her mini business. Thank her so much I will always come to her for good eyebrows. 🔥🔥🥺🥺☺️☺️💕💕

  4. Carol is the best! I have been going here for three years, and she has transformed my eyebrows wonderfully. People compliment me all the time on my eyebrows now, it’s all thanks to her. I definitely suggest making an appointment because she does get quite busy throughout the day. Overall, I have always had a great experience here and 100% recommend it to anyone looking for fantastic brows.

    I went to this business in October, to inquire about Botox and other facial treatments. The staff were incredibly helpful, the establishment was warm and inviting, and Jessica was professional and easy to talk to about questions and concerns that I had.     I love Luxe! I was referred to Luxe this year and went for my first appointment for a hydro facial and botox. Both services were great! I had never had a facial before and my skin felt amazing afterwards. Nurse Kayla Shea did my Botox, I listened to her recommendations and I was very pleased with my results. It was very natural and practically painless. She was very gentle and talked me through everything, and listened to concerns I had about my previous Botox experience(at another facility.) I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment!

    First time at the Day Spa! And it won’t be the last! I am so impressed with their customer service, friendly staff, incredibly relaxing an effective massages and facials! First off I was trying to find a spot for me and my friend to get facials and massages on short notice. I called Monticello when they were closed due to the holiday and the owner (Teisha) actually called me back a few hours later to say they were able to move some things around and accommodate my friend and I at a discount at that!!! We show up the next day and the staff we’re expecting us and we’re super friendly. Offered us something to drink while we waited. Only waited like 5 minutes and they took us back for our treatments. Arleen was our massage therapist. She’s wonderful! Super friendly! Easy to talk to! First thing she asked was if I was having any problem areas I wanted her to focus on and what kind of pressure I would like. She was exceptional! I have had so many knots and tension in my neck and shoulders and in an hour she took away 90% of the knots and all of the tension!!! We also received facials by Katie. She was also amazing. Supper friendly, explained everything she was doing. I appreciated that since it was my first time ever getting a facial. My face feels so much cleaner and brighter! She got all the annoying hard to get blackheads! I’m so impressed! The rooms were small but beautifully decorated, smelt amazing, peaceful music. And very clean! Prices are the best I have seen in AV and Santa Clarita! Super reasonable!!! I’m gonna make this spot my go to at least once a month! Thank you all for a great experience! I left feeling relaxed, less tension in my body and rejuvenated! So did my friend. Trust me we both needed it!!!

    I’m actually from out of town so I searched all over google for a couple of days before I choose Monticello, which was an awesome choice! Surprisingly I ended up getting the owner as my esthetician to do my facial, and man was she awesome! She was super polite, very welcoming (the whole crew as soon as you walk in the door is very welcoming), and very very knowledgeable! The spa bed was very comfortable, and the environment is very relaxing in your spa room. The owner took her time walking me through every step of the facial, providing good information, and the facial felt like 2 hours! It was wonderful!! She did not rush at all and did the best job! Now I know a lot of people come out of facials and hate how sticky full of product their faces are, and I came out with my skin feeling so good, smooth and rejuvenated! They have so many products to choose from, and she explained every product I asked about and also her recommendations. I love that she explained the product, told me the price and moved on. She didnt make me feel like I had to buy a product, she just simply recommended them. It was very nice, and she gave me some samples to try at home. Overall great experience, and highly recommend Monticello!
