  2. From walking into the door the staff was welcoming and pleasant. I went in for lip fillers and the Dr took the time to listen and provide clear expectations of what the next steps would be. He had a great sense of humor and provided clarity and precision. I came from Florida and they were able to accommodate and provide services same day. My fillers are still settling but I’m overly happy with the results so far. Thank you, when I’m in town again I’ll definitely be taking advantage of other services.

  3. Dr. Jay did an amazing on me! He blew me away with his skills involving jeuveau and fillers. Made my spouse and I very comfortable. I felt like I was over a friends house enjoying the experience. I will never go anywhere else! Book this place. This review is coming from someone very picky so there you go!

  4. The facility is beautiful and clean. They have everything you need (service) BUT a few of the staff’s personality and customer service skills are no better than toilet water. No smiles, no eye contact, they come and get you, don’t ask how are you or how’s your day going nothing. They ask you what you want or give you what you need and send you onto the next person or out the door. It’s like they are rushing you and for a first timer I’d like to know about other treatments that may help me. They don’t tell you how your doing each visit or give you a printout of your weekly progress so I keep up with my own. I waited to do a survey because I thought maybe it was me, nope, it was how I saw it the first time but it is just a few not ALL of the staff. I am happy with my progress so far. I am thinking of getting other services and despite the few rude encounters I will refer to a friend or family member, if asked.

  5. I’m glad I waited until I finished my treatments to write this review. I completed 7 treatments of laser hair removal. Dr Salim told me that he would guarantee I would be completely hairless after my treatments. During the treatment process some of my hair turned grey and laser doesn’t work on grey hair. Dr Salim told me that he would provide me with electrolysis to kill the grey hairs after my treatments were completed. I have attempted to speak to Dr Salim on my last 2 visits to no avail. I have been calling and leaving messages for the past month I finally just gave up and filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I would not recommend this place after they collect your money, your meaningless to them.

    I had a problem with neck hair under my beard for a while. Looking a resolution, i decided to try laser hair removal. I knew nothing about it but this facility was so welcoming & knowledgeable about the process. The process isn’t painful but it’s Also not the best feeling either. But 3 weeks after my first appointment and the results are well worth it. It’s almost as if my neck problem never existed. Excited for my next appointment & especially the results that follows. I’ve already told 5 other guys & they can believe they didn’t think of it sooner as a permanent neck & beard taper! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    WOW!! Truly a 10/10 Experience!! As someone who struggles with PCOS and stubborn hormonal unwanted hair, their consideration genuinely shines through all aspects of their service!! I almost lost all hope at Laser Hair Removal due to a bad experience at a previous facility… Milan completely changed my perspective!! During treatment, the providers are educational, clear, and make sure your comfortable at all times. Experiencing slight pain is completely normal, the providers do an exceptional job at being patient during more sensitive areas and consider your comfort level. The associates at the reception area are always so kind and friendly, they make scheduling upcoming appointments a breeze! The goal behind this company is remarkable, they truly take into consideration the struggles of unwanted hair and the affects it has on women!! Depending on the package you buy for a specific area of the body, if down the line, possibly years later, unwanted hair appears again in those same areas, there is NO need to purchase a whole new package… Milan understands hormonal hair can creep back up to haunt us, you simply visit a provider to treat your problems spots at no additional cost, it’s simply included in the initial package you purchased. Again, as someone who suffers with PCOS, this EXACT detail is what made me fall in love with this company, and what it stands for!! One last detail, as an office with primarily female employees, I appreciate how loving and supportive their working dynamic is, it’s truly an office family! I love seeing how supportive the women are towards one another, and as a patient, I know I’m in good hands. All in all, I don’t have any complaints, just love!!     I have been going to Milan for almost 1 year now, everyone is very nice and very friendly. I like going only to one location as it is the closest from my home. I have purchased two different packages from them now but that’s not the problem. the problem is that this is the 3rd different time they had canceled my appointment after I have waited anxiously for my appointment to arrive. I have a very busy schedule and can not keep reschedule like that. Every time they use the excuse of a nurse being sick. So I called the office and when someone answered I said so you are open? They told me that they are open for consultations only, first of all why are you open to take new clients, when you have clients that are paying you every month and are being pushed back on their appointments?? I’m confused? If you don’t have enough help as is, why are you taking new clients. FIRST help the ones that you have! I am very unhappy about this situation and will not be purchasing anymore packages again!

    I’ve used Adana once before & they did a good job. So when I needed a wax before my work trip to Vegas next week, I chose Adana. I was booked with Tameika & when she took me back she said “you’re getting a Brazilian right?” Um, now, brows & upper lip. She was nice enough, but I specifically told her that I already have thin/sparse brows so they really just needed to be cleaned up. I specifically said I did NOT want them thinned out. As she’s cleaning them up I can tell the tweezing she’s doing is just breaking the hairs not actually getting the hair out. But when I looked when she was finished I had no words. The tail/outer portion of my brows were SO thin & the right eyebrow is significantly thinner than the left (it’s reversed in the picture). I have a scar in my right eyebrow that is never visible but it is fully visible now. Her remark when I told her they were WAY too thin was “well you can fill them in can’t you?” How do you fill in something that isn’t even there without looking like like a cancer patient or a clown? The other girl working called the owner & they comped the brow but I still paid for my lip. So now I’m not sure how I’m going to fill in this disaster of pencil thin eyebrows… off to Ulta I go to buy product that will cost more than the wax itself. This young lady may be very nice but she needs to spend way less time talking & more time paying attention to what she’s doing. And she needs to go back through training because this is NOT ok.

    I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ANGEL! I highly recommend Angel to EVERYONE! I got my first Brazilian with her I was so nervous, felt very scared but she calmed my nerves. She talks to you the whole time and has a very good technique. I love her! I have brought back my two friends because of her! THE BEST!!!!!

    Sharri G. at the Concord location completely restored my hope and comfort in waxing today!! I had an absolute horrific experience at an entirely different company a year or so ago and I haven’t waxed since.. today I took a chance before a weekend getaway and I was as blown away!! Not only did she do an excellent job, she didn’t put me through unnecessary pain with hair that wasn’t quite long enough and I was completely comfortable through the process!! Looking forward to a smooth, shave free summer!!
