  1. Julianna was amazing! She has been supportive and a great nurse. Knows a lot about this process, and went as quickly or slowly as you need her to. The front desk lady was super welcoming and friendly too (forgot her name-sorry). This was my first time at this location (Brodie Ln in ATX) and I LOVED it! Coming back here for all my sessions.   2. As soon as I walked in the door I was never greeted. All the girls there give off very negative energy. The couple times I asked a question the girl whoever it was I spoke to would look at me with a long face while responding to my question. The space is dirty, unorganized and there’s equipment spread out everywhere.

    The couches are extremely old to the point the leather is peeling and it’s bad. If I’m paying this much money to get cosmetics done I would expect immaculate customer service, a clean and organized space, and a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.

    Even on my way out nobody asked about my procedure or even wished me a happy holiday. It was dead silent. I questioned moving forward with my appointment before my appointment started. The only reason I followed through was because I was really looking forward to getting my fillers.

    The lady who did my fillers was nice. But it felt she was nice because she had to be.

    For the amount of money people spend on themselves there I expected more from them and from the space.

  3. I’ve been an Ideal Image MedSpa client since 2010. My scheduled treatments have always been very positive (and fun). The staff at the south Austin TX location are always professional, friendly, and sociable. Everyone is great! Also, kudos to their medical cleaning and sanitized environment. I always feel comfortable and hygiene safe when I go there for my treatments.

  4. I love the treatment options as well as the nurses that have rendered my services. My only issue is the expiration policies. Customers should never loose out on services that they have paid for. It’s thousands of dollars gone done the drain, and almost as if you have had something stolen from you!

  5. My technician was amazing. This experience was so much better than my last and has made me want to only come to this location for my care. She listened to me and was so mindful of my pain. Her technique was also superb. I cannot say enough about her.

    Their lasers don’t work. I bought the 12 month package and invested 8 months of my time and saw little to no results. Also be ready to make multiple trips if you’re doing different areas because they say the growth cycle is different. They had me come at the 4 week, 6 week, and 8 week mark which was difficult to constantly schedule. When I added all the gas, time, plus tipping every visit their package was NOT CHEAPER. I once rescheduled with 23 hours notice instead of 24 and the charged me $20. I asked for a refund for the unused 4 months since I’m not seeing results but they refused. I had previously been to elements laser spa and had 6 treatments in different areas. The hair growth reduced by 75% after only two treatments so I know its not me. Also, at elements they treated all areas at once, every 6 weeks, instead of asking me to make 3 trips for 1 treatment session. Go somewhere else if you want results and don’t want to make 30 appointments. This place is a complete waste of time and money. The staff is very nice though, everyone that works there was always super friendly and never made me feel uncomfortable.

    bought a package for 6 treatments & was only able to do 4 because of the one year expiration date. it takes 8 weeks in between treatments so that takes at least 48 weeks so if they’re super booked up or you go on vacation during the time you’re supposed to get treated, you will never be able to optimize your package. had i known this, i would not have bought it!

    I started my research by looking at some of the more well-known laser hair removal companies. And I was sticker shocked…. $8000, $12000! My goodness…. I needed something a little more affordable. My research brought me to Simplicity. I was doing some digging and found that they use the same lasers as some of the other companies but charge like 1/8 of the price for the same areas! I’ve been going to simplicity for about 8 months now and have seen a drastic change in hair growth, i.e., LESS OF IT. And what does come in is so much finer. I am still quite a bit away from the end of my treatments, but based on what I’ve seen so far, I believe I will be pleased with my final results. I have worked with multiple technicians, and all are wonderful, but Brianna and Erica seemed to go above and beyond my expectations.

    The worst experience, this morning I arrived 5 minutes late and they didn’t attend me. and when you finish your package of sessions they want to forcefully sell you your membership (which I think is a robbery), of all the women who work there, only 2 are friendly, the rest do their job without taste. totally disappointed.

    I’m several months into my treatment, and it’s been fabulous. The is so friendly and easy to work with, and they always make me feel comfortable in my appointment. I last had Veronica, and she was great. The price for real laser hair removal isn’t cheap, but it’s already so worth it. Definitely recommend.

    I originally started going to Milan Laser in Denver and was able to easily transfer to the north Austin location in 2021. I’ve had a great experience with Milan Laser and highly recommend them to my friends. The staff has always been professional and friendly! There’s been a couple times I’ve needed to reschedule my appointment at the last minute and they’ve been very accommodating. The nurses who do the treatment have also always been so sweet and personable! The process has not always been painless but the results are great and satisfying! The facilities are clean and kept in pristine condition. The prices are reasonable considering you’re getting unlimited treatments for life! I highly recommend them!

    I absolutely love going to Milan Laser Hair removal at this Research location. Right from the start with the consultation where they answered all my questions and provided all of the details of what goes into laser hair removal, the science behind it, and setting of expectations with how long the process will take. It was literally a no-sales-pressure consultation but more of an informal educating session that allows you to make the right decision especially when weighing the different laser removal options. The staff is absolutely awesome, professional, and super friendly. The laser technicians will answer any questions and ask questions about the treatment is going so they which level of power to use. Plus I love how they remember me and will ask about things that I talked about before so I don’t feel like a number. The place is absolutely clean. For those who are a trans woman like myself, they are absolutely amazing and supportive with no judgement which is a rarity for some places. I very much highly recommend with going to this Milan location!

    I love Milan so much I recommend them to everyone I talk to about laser hair removal. I have had amazing results with all areas I’ve been getting treated and am so relieved to not have to worry about shaving, chafing, etc. Every employee I have come into contact with has always been extremely pleasant and welcoming. Vanessa has done most of my procedures and she is awesome and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place!

    Love everything & everyone!! The team is so lovely and very welcoming. Everyone makes you smile & feel like a part of the Milan family. The treatment is not painful at all. It’s also quick. You only need a couple of minutes in the treatment room, depending on your area. They’re well-trained and professional. I will always choose them!!
